The sat nav directed me to Home Range, Erdington. The name Wilko wasn't displayed anywhere. But inside at the Information point the ladies were very helpful and the elder experienced lady helped me carrying my large ordered items to the car Excellent service.

Bad packaging
Unfortunately it hasn't been a good one as 3 weeks ago I ordered 3 large terracotta plant pots but when they arrived all 3 were badly damaged I contacted wico customer service who put in a new order for me but said I had to dispose of the broken ones which was hard to do as they are very heavy. Then the following week the other 3 arrived and again these were damaged. I contacted wicos yet again who have reordered them but these won't be delivered until end of the month this will be nearly 4 weeks since my original order. I can only assumes you don't mind losing money now that 6 pots have turned up smashed, the problem being is that they are not packaged very securely, they don't even have fragile tape around the boxes

Item never came
Ordered items and was given a date which was the latest they would be delivered by. This date came and went with no update or explanation and as I had no idea which courier was being used couldn't go that route. I contacted customer services to enquire only to be told that they couldn't discuss the order with me as I was contacting them from a different email address than that which was used to order. It wasn't, I only use one address. After going round in circles with this a few times I forwarded them the confirmation of order which had clearly been sent to the email they were questioning. They then come back to say the order has been lost!
I've given 2 stars only because after all this rigmarole they were quick to process a refund, otherwise would have been 1. Such a shame, I found the physical Wilko stores great but certainly won't order from them online again.

No point to click and collect …
There isn't a dedicated collection point. I had to queue at the tills, which were undermanned for the queue size. Got to the till and the software was "playing up". This resulted in a 10 minute wait, so I would have been better off just shopping off the shelf. I don't think you can really call it a click and collect service
