Very efficient order, pay and tracked delivery service. Exceptional as delivery was free. Have used this company 3 times and always totally satisfied.

Product was exactly what I expected and arrived on time

Not happy with delivery service

I was originally happy with the service when i ordered a chaise sofa and was told delivery was going to be last Friday. I duly booked the day off work and though a package arrived it was the wrong sofa. Then phoned on Friday but took so long to get through, as per normal, nothing would happy until Monday. I was then assured that both old sofa and new one would be collected/delivered on Wednesday. Cue another day off work and though old sofa was collected no new sofa!!. Subsequently told that it is still in transmit to the couriers and i can expect delivery next Friday or Monday!!!!! Another day off from work required!!!! Requested and was denied next day delivery so order with some trepidation and i hope you have an understanding boss!!! A JOKE

I ordered 2 doors, which were at a great price, and they are of fantastic quality.

What impressed.me the most was the fantastic communication. Advised by email of the order being processed, the dispatch and the planned delivery time.

The doors arrived exactly as expected. Best of all was the packaging, enough to provide adequate protection, not so much as to be a waste.

Certainly will be using this company again.

good product good price poor courier service

a very good painting and a very good price but a very poor courier delivery I had a text at 12-01 to say delivery would be pm and delivery was at 12-00 when no one was at home

Brilliant service, can't fault it, ordered two doors on Tuesday and they arrived next day. They kept me informed by email and text messages until the actual delivery. We were very pleased with our purchase , packed up really well - no problem whatsoever.

I was a bit worried as the product seemed a bit cheap for what it was. However, I couldn't afford the more expensive versions so went for the cheaper furniture set. I needn't have worried as it is remarkably good quality for the price, was very easy to assemble and looks absolutely brilliant on our decking! Really pleased with it. Now just need some more sunshine to use it a few more times! Overall great service too. Delivery was very easy and all those I spoke to were courteous and helpful.

Great value for money

The BBQ I bought from Worldstore was so much cheaper than anywhere else that I was bit nervous but the item was exactly as expected and delivered quickly. The best store you've never heard of before :-)

Straight-forward online shopping, value and convenience.

They had a good selection of mattresses, I was able to find what I wanted at a very competitive price and arrange to have it delivered just two days later. My only issue was with the delivery process. Because it was delivered so quickly after being ordered I was never sent a dispatch email so I wasn't completely sure if it was on its way. But when I checked the confirmation email, I found contact information for the delivery company, so I was able to phone them for specifics. Altogether a good experience and I would shop Worldstores again.

very bad service

I order my wardrope on 27th may and expect to receive it on 30th om may 2013...till now i havent received my wardrobe and no any msg to tell me whats going on. till now i m writing this msg 14th of june no sign of my wardrope. please somebody help me in this issue. have sent mails and mails no any reply. cell phone doesnt go through.

WOW! SO EFFICIENT.

My order was placed and the item arrived without delay. It is of good quality and exactly what I wanted. First time using this company but would not hesitate to use them again in the future.

the worst experience of my life

i ordered a bed and mattress and took the day off to take delivery but it never arrived .Trying to contact them was almost impossible - so we cancelled the order.The next day it arrived and my 13 year old daughter signed for it but the bed was badly damaged at both ends.This made everything very difficult as we could not get a refund until the bed was returned .Yet again another day off work and no collection arrived and impossible to contact.After hours on the phone we re arranged collection and another day off work waiting in for it to be collected.Its now been collected and then the worry of getting your money back .This has now happened but if i can give any one advise it would be avoid this company you dont need the stress

Great range, great price and great service

I had never seen this web site before but was delighted to find the range of doors we were looking for. The web site and purchase process was easy and effective and the delivery process was excellent. All this with a good price as well.

world stores is a complete sham and probably a scam

Will never ever use this company again. In fact I'm about one day away from calling the police/trading standards and trying to get watchdog involved. I won't bore you with the details but their customer service is non existent, they will COMPLETELY ignore you regardless of how you try to contact them and how many times. I had to go through a back door root to get any response from them at all and then it was just lie after lie. AVOID AVOID AVOID, you have been warned.........

Quality bed shame about delivery

Purchased the bed for next day delivery and paid the charge, waited in all day as it had been dispatched. No bed arrives Friday, Saturday- tried contacting the delivery firm no answer. Two days wasted. Monday speak the the local depo, bed didnt arrive to them until Friday eve. Bed now in place, brilliant for a small child but not adults.
