Received the cartridges in a delay of 3 days: good because I needed them really quickly.
Each of them were in a new box. And as soon as I put them in the printer, it unlocked it and the printing was good. I will probably order again a few more because I'm going to need it in the weeks to come and their price are really interesting.

Cheap prices, very poor quality cartridges. I recently rebought cartridges for CANON X540 and X541 (I forgot that the last time the colour cartridges were useless!).... NO MAGENTA IN THE CARTIDGE AND THEREFORE THE COLOURS ARE A WASTE OF TIME; You don't even get value for money. An ex client
I bought black and color recycled cartridges for my HP printer, none of them worked properly. The black one appears grey when printed, the color cartridge has never been detected by the printer. As a result, 35 euros wasted!!!
I always use recycled cartridge but this is the 1st that it happens... I feel cheated :(
I was sent the wrong cartridge, which got stuck in my printer and left it unusable. My printer was broken. I made several attempts to request a refund and compensation for my printer, all of which were ignored. I have had the expense of buying a new printer and have still not received a refund for the incorrect cartridges. One customer service person was very impolite. 4 months later and I have still heard nothing regarding my complaint. The response is exactly the same as the numerous emails I have already received, asking for information regarding my printer that I do not have, for an example an invoice for my printer that I bought from the supermarket two years ago. I have sent numerous photo's of my printer, the damage and the cartridge stuck inside it. I was told that if I do not have the invoice then nothing can be done. The company have admitted that the wrong cartridge was sent but have not refunded the money for the cartridge despite several requests for a refund. My last email was ignored.

I ordered on Saturday and arrived the following Tuesday. I was hesitant to insert ad I had been using some really cheap cartridges before and were very unreliable. When I popped them in, the low red ink light switched off and was good to go. A good competitive price @ 21.99 inc shipping as the OEM ones in France can fetch anywhere from in 30 euros up to 70€ or more.
As they have a great return/ exchange policy you cant go wrong.
Dont buy cheap ones if you have not used them before. Trust 123 Consumables.

This is the second time the delivery is late. Actually it is now lost and no idea where it is.
After the first late order I wanted to give them a second chance and even worse than the first one. Furthermore, live chat useless.
