Fast delivery even for non-standard contact lenses
I don't use standard contact lenses and the expected delivery time is max. 40 working days. The lenses were delivered in less than four weeks, so faster than expected and cheaper than elsewhere. I have one comment though, the packaging was badly damaged, the boxes of the lenses inside were damaged, and even the alufoil of the two of the small plastic containers was damaged; luckily no container was leaking. So extra wrapping with bubble plastic might be an idea. I will order again from this company, fast delivery and good prices.

Disastrous client service
Very poor client service with zero responsiveness to emails or phone calls. The delivery was substabtially delayed compared to the original delivery estimate and it was impossible to reach the client service for a week.
