Service good but where is rest of my E ticket???
I was unable to do our 2 tickets together for some reason and then it would not accept info on my husband. Called and the young lady was very nice but it took her quite a while to complete his reservation for some unknown reason. Now my eticket has arrived but my husband's ticket has not come through. Am wondering why this has occurred!

I am so happy I discovered this site for booking overseas travel! I have purchased tickets through the 1800FlyEurope site three times now, and every situation has been different and equally simple. I even had to speak to a representative on the phone my first time because somehow my name was spelled wrong but it was easy to get a live person, and they worked with me to get it fixed without any problems. I've told my friends about this site, and plan to continue using it for my trips abroad! thank you!
Negative--the website could use some work. It never remembers I fly out of LAX and always defaults to Boston (?). Also, having the ability to search multiple dates/flexible travel plans would be hugely beneficial. Finally, when you are viewing the list of flight options, and choose to go "back" to the home page, it doesn't quite load properly and I end up having to start the whole search again...including the default Boston setting.

This was a very easy website to navigate and the prices were better than the common travel sites
I was having a very hard time finding a flight to Barcelona and a return from Paris. Other major websites were very difficult to navigate and the prices were higher. Flyeurope was much easier and less expensive.

Usually a bit cheaper than others
Better deals. Still, the super cheap deals they do advertising with are not be found. I wish they would offer the option of seeing what dates and cities have for sure those best deals at any given moment.
What really sucks is that on the main flight finder they don't offer the scroll thru calendar and furthermore every time you want to search a different date or just change one of the cities you have to give in ALL the info over and over again. Not convenient if you try to find the cheapest flight. On the little flight finder (on right side) you can't just change particulars and let it search again, you actually have to get out and in again to be able to search each additional time.

easy to use site
dealing with 1800flyeurope is very user friendly. web site is easy to navigate and a big plus is that you can talk to a "real person" right here in the US. The website was very easy to navigate & the rates were better than any other service I researched.
I used this same company a couple years ago to book my flight to London! It was such an easy experience, that I sifted through old E-mails to find their info for my upcoming trip to Rome! I didn't speak with a person this time, but the website was so user friendly that I didn't need Customer Service assistance! I would definitely recommend this company to anyone flying Internationally!

I feel cheated
I booked a trip from Charlotte, NC to Venice, Italy which was confirmed and paid for. On the basis of that I booked a flight on a different outbound flight and same return flight for my wife, which was confirmed and paid for.
One hour later I got an update saying that the price of my flight was increased by $120.
I called 1800FlyEurope and was told that my options were to accept or cancel.
How can you gazump a flight that was Confirmed by e-mail within an hour ?

The purchase of airline tickets was easy, but had problems with the routing not as advertized.
The itinerary that was listed actually turned out to be quite complicated. I ended up with two open-jaw tickets on a very tight connection schedule with no one responsible for the routing but myself. I just have to hope there are no delays in the flights. I could have made a different purchase at the beginning of the process, but the only good alternatives were unavailable by the time I learned of the problem. It took several phone calls to find out just how this would work.

good deals on airfares abroad
your site often beats the competition in price and in quality of airline. I am particular about which airlines I fly and I find the ones I like at 1-800. I've had no problems with customer service and generally prefer your site to others.

Advance Reservation
I haven't taken the trip yet, so I'll have to reserve my actual opinion until I do. If the flight works out the way it is scheduled things should be ok.

It was simple and easy to use, however, I would have liked to reserve flight seats and perhaps choose a meal.
Using Fly Europe was very simple and understandable. I had no difficulty in booking my flight. I would, however, have liked to see an option to choose my flight seats and maybe even choose a meal for the long flight. I know competitors allow this option. Other than that, I was satisfied with the site.

Good prices to be found but cumbersome navigation when looking for different dates.
Found this site to be very useful when looking for good prices for flights from SF - Munich.
Searching for multiple departure/return dates not easy. Would be great to have a table of different dates (like the Lufthansa site) which shows lowest price (for those lookig for best deal in terms of prices) for different date combinations or even just a "button" for changing dates on the results page.

cheap travel and decent service
odered tickets online after a friend recommend 800fly europe. cheapest price for the same flight the airline quoted us $400 more per person round trip. called the next day and got the seatin i wanted with no problem. would and will recon=mmend this service to all my friends

unprofessional, clueless
i made a reservation on the 1800 fly europe website. All fine, decent price, confirmation sent, etc.
1 hour later I get a phone call asking me to call back because the ticket could not be issued. I call back, person on the phone has no ideea why I'm calling, according to him "they're still working on th ticket". I'm bring told to "hold on" for 5-6 times in a row while they're looking at stuff. Still clueless, 15 minutes later, he transfers me to someone else, w/o telling them anything. I tell them the story again, I got a phone call, the guy tells me to "hold-on", and next "it's canceled", "we could not book the ticket, the itinerary was offered on our website, it should have not been there". I aks "why?". He tells me the airline canceled the ticket because they don't have a ticketing agreement. I ask "isn't there anything you can do to book the itinerary?" "No". Now wait a second, you're a _travel_ agency, aren't you supposed to _work_ and book the tickets and arrange the transfer? Isn't that what you get paid for? No, apparently they're just resellers. Yuck.

I have my tickets and I'm grateful. Thank you. I was satisfied using your service up until the point of reading my email.
I am not thrilled about the fact that I thought those reservations were with Virgin Airlines, and in fact, they are with American Airlines. You might want to look at how you have labeled what airline is being used. When I made my reservation, it clearly said Virgin.

Best fare of all the sites I looked at.
I had checked many websites for fares to London. 1800FlyEurope gave me the best price. It saved me $200 per ticket. When I called to get my seats assigned, the call was answered right away and the agent was very helpful. I will recommend them to anyone.

Best prices on offered deals, great customer service, fast transactions.
I had read to be careful when buying from airline ticket consolidators, but saw others had recommended 1800FlyEurope on TripAdvisor and Fodors, so felt reasonably comfortable working with them. I had to make a call to speak to an agent live to get a couple of questions answered, and the representative was very helpful and friendly. It took a little research to align my trip with the right pricing, but ended up securing a really good deal on a flight to London. I immediately checked the airline to verify my reservation and it was there. The communication via email was very fast.

Excellent to work with
When I booked four flights the same day I exceeded the daily limit on my card so I received a phone call explaining the situation. Rather than cancel any of my flights (for family members) they placed one in a "hold status" until the following day so the booking would not be lost.
Before the actual date of our travels I received a phone call from 1800FlyEurope to inform me there was a change in plans from the airline & I would need to choose a new return flight. Since the change was on the part of the airline there was no charge to me (as expected) & the person on the phone was a pleasure to work with.

Loved this travel site!
I searched and watched several different travel sites for airline tickets for a trip to Italy for weeks. 1800flyeurope was the easiest site to navigate and had the best selection of airlines and flight times. Definitely made my decision so much easier to pick the perfect travel times and prices.

I took a chance on 1`800flyeurope as this is my first time abroad and I didn't know if it was a credible site. Checked them on BBB and although they are not accredited with the Bureau they received a A from them. I booked a nonstop flight and hotels with them.. Since I am a skeptic, did the research on my own for same flight and same hotels. I was pleasantly surprised on how much they saved me. Now all I have to do is actually take the trip and see how it all works out. Vouchers in hand here I go.

Awesome service!
Fly Europe has helped me get a great deal in the past two years (5 times now) and I must say that the service was great. Emails were sent immediately, whenever I had a question, I received a satisfactory answer and the flights went smoothly without hic-ups!

Good selection to offer best deal
Flying out of Miami, FL, USA to EU can be expensive. But this site seems to have the ability to find combinations and put things together in a way others do not. I held off from buying my honnymoon just to look around for about a month. Each time I searched, this site seemed to have the best deal I could find.
