Thank you, 1st Art Gallery.com!
This painting has been a favorite of mine ever since I seen it on display while visiting the Met in New York at a very young age. I now live in Florida and had the privilege to view it once again at the Ringling Museum in Sarasota. They acquired it in 1979. I was very happy to find out I was able to get this fantastic piece of art reproduced. Our first acquired painting was of Marie Antoinette; we loved it so much we had to order another, and are equally satisfied with Narcissus.
1st Art responded to my special order promptly and efficiently with a beautiful end result. The colors are vibrant, and the details were all captured! It's now a focal point in our living room.
Thank you 1st Art Gallery for the great work!
We used this company several times and were never disappointed. Paintings arrived on time or a little earlier than expected, delivered to our doorstep in the Netherlands with UPS. We received emails every few days, informing us about the status of our order and the paintings. When the paintings are ready - they send photos of the paintings to you by email so you can approve it for shipping or request modification. The website is beautiful and easy to use. We would not hesitate to use this this company in the future and we recommend it to all our friends and relatives.
Keep up the good work!

Greetings from Mexico!
We're extremely pleased! We have long been admirers of Van Gogh. Obviously we could never afford one of his original works. But with the help of 1st Art Gallery we now have the closest thing to the real one. Many thanks and highly recommended!
We used half a dozen other companies, all claiming to be "a real studio". As it turned out they were all using 1st Art Gallery themselves to source their paintings. 1st Art's quality of service, price and workmanship is the best. We're customers for life!
Thanks again John and the rest of the team!
I inadvertently stumbled across 1st art gallery a few months ago while doing an on-line search about various art styles. This was the best stumble I've ever made! The reproductions created by the fabulously talented artist you employ are absolutely incredible. I have order 3 paintings, Modigliani's The Son of the Concierge and Portrait of Anna Zborowska I and Monet's The Red Kerchief Portrait of Madame, and have been so absolutely thrilled with each of them! I have already chosen my next piece of work from Waterhouse and will be placing the order shortly. I cannot express how absolutely thrilled I am to have found 1st-art-gallery.com. The quality of work is unsurpassed and the cost is amazingly affordable. I have spread the word and shared your artists' work with family, friends, and coworkers. I am a customer for life!!!!
We LOVE our paintings. They were shipped directly from the studio in Europe to our address in Havana Cuba with no problem at all ! We love our paintings, you can smell the fresh oil paint and feel the texture of the paint. They arrived short three weeks after we placed the order, just as promised. We're VERY impressed with this company and are going to start our own gallery here in Havana using their paintings.
Thank you 1st Art Gallery !!
Our painting arrived yesterday and it is in very good condition. It's exactly what we were hoping it would be, and it looks wonderful over our living room mantel. Our next step is to find the perfect frame which will further enhance the painting.
We certainly recommend the company to others, and we are now considering more art work in the near future. A special thanks to the talented artist who did such a fine job, and we will request to have his/her work again.
We received our painting on schedule, just in time for Christmas. It was a gift for my hubby who loved it. The portrait is of very high quality and the price was very reasonable for a portrait of such size and complexity (many background details). Painting arrived in a strong tube and was well packaged. The tracking number was sent to us as soon as the portrait left their facility so we could track it online and it was then delivered to out doorstep. My only concern is that we don't have enough wall space for all the art that we would like to purchase! Well done 1st art!

A very pleasant experience. To browse the site and select my favorite paintings was a joy. The order process was very easy and it was shipped in shorter time than it was estimated. Tracking the shipment with TNT was simple. The painting quality was excellent; I might say better than expected. My family and I loved it. Frankly, I do not see a good reason why I should look somewhere else for my next painting in the future.
Their quality varies (Made in china) widely and when you receive a picture of childish paint job they will refuse to fix it. It is bait and switch. You may get lucky and your copy might be painted by trained artists, but mine was done by some housewife who had no training at all. Cannot draw glass or marble cannot draw human hands , doesn't know how to draw hair, does not how to spell a simple sign, etc etc. Mind you, my painting was small and dark in impressionist style, not some difficult Renaissance painting. And still they have failed completely. Their service people are arrogant and keep pushing you to accept garbage they had produce. Order at your own risk and be warned they return policy is a lie as well. Their advertisement: Museum quality oil reproduction" is actionable lie.
Now these scammers are trying to remove my review from this website in order to cover up the problems with my order. What a shameful cheats. Made in china

This company is really something else... They publish on their website a testimonial from the Attorney General of Missouri, Chris Koster. While other websites can fake reviews, this is not something that anyone can fake, or they would get sued. So we decided to order all our paintings from them (over 25 paintings, different sizes and different styles) all arrived in perfect condition and the quality is superb. Such rich colors and details, what a value! Our home now looks like a museum, we should charge guests for their visit!
I copy paste here the review from the Attorney General of Missouri, for everyone to see. Do not hesitate to deal with this company.
George Caleb Bingham is one of the State of Missouri's most well-known artists. He takes on additional significance because of the role he played in state government, serving as Treasurer of our state during the middle 19th century. This conference room within the Attorney General's office is dedicated to his work. 1st-Art-Gallery's reproduction of his paintings are impressive and extraordinarily well done. Your work is greatly appreciated.
Chris Koster,
Attorney General of Missouri.

I received you reproduction painting of Levitans' winter picture. It is a beautiful painting true to the original down to the last detail.
Everybody who saw it expressed feeling of wonder for this painting! The painting has brought a lot of joy to out house.
I enclose a photo of the framed picture. While it is only a photo and it can't convey the full beauty of the real picture I believe it attests for the high quality of your work.

Service - I can hope that this was only a problem with the person who was assigned to me and not the whole company, but the representative who handled the transaction was at times unprofessional, and sometimes downright rude, at one point typing an email in all caps with an extremely sarcastic tone, making a point that he ultimately admitted to being wrong about in the first place. I hope that this doesn't represent the standards with which the gallery operates, but I can only tell you about my experience. The customer service at every step of the way was horrible.
Painting - The quality of the painting itself is excellent. The artist is obviously very talented at what he does. However, there were also issues here. I asked for some modifications that I felt made the image that they were using look more like the original. Some of these requests were done, and done well, but other things were not. The entire tone of the painting is a little more dark than the original, and I was a little surprised by this. When I saw the painting (the send a picture of the painting before they ship it) I asked if anything could be done, but apparently nothing could be done and the painting was shipped.
Handling - This was the last straw. When the painting arrived I saw three distinct horizontal lines creased into the paint and canvas in the lower left corner (pictured in attached photos.) The picture that they sent of the painting did not have this, meaning that it was mishandled at some point before it left the gallery. I know this because it probably wouldn't have happened if the paint was fully dry, and the cardboard tube it was shipped in is in perfect condition. It isn't so serious that it ruins the painting, but it certainly detracts from the experience.
Overall, in my experience, the company employs excellent artists, and horrible customer service representatives and package handlers. I have people asking where I got it and wanting to order and I don't know that I will send them any more business on account of how my transaction was handled, and whoever mangled it after the artist finished his wonderful job.
Quality - 10/10
Service - 1/10
Handling - 1/10
After I posted my review I recieved the folowing e-mail:
"OK, wait a few days.... your name will be all over the internet with what a horrible person and customer you are, only idiots get bad service and I knew you are an idiot."

We could not believe our eyes when we opened our package. The quality of our painting is incredible and, quite frankly, exceeded our expectations. It has become the centerpiece of our home. People are constantly asking us where we got it. We tell them 1st Art Gallery; then, if they're bold enough to ask, we tell them the price--and they refuse to believe us! Thank you so much, 1st Art Gallery--we love our painting and will buy from you again!

I specified a painting for a client. It came in a timely manner, safely packaged and was absolutely beautiful. The client loved it, which made me look good as well.I can assure you of many future orders. As a designer living overseas you have become an invaluable tool to put the final touches on my projects.
I ordered a Rembrandt replica. Initially they said it will take 6 weeks, later it was corrected to 7-8 weeks. Shipping was very fast (with TNT), it took just 2-3 days to get to the other end of the Earth :).
I like it very much, looks nice on the wall, it is great for the price. The painting seems a bit simple (not much details when you look close), but I never saw the original one, so don't know the difference.
The service is great, I had some issues locally with the customs, so they helped me with all the documents I needed.
Overall, I am very satisfied.

I ordered a Monet replica and chose one that was not one of the most popular ones but still known and loved by many. I like to have art up that is eye-catching and obvious who the artist is but not a very common one. The artist did an excellent job! The replica looked exactly like the original! I got a 20 x 24 Claude Monet - Church at Varengeville, against the Sunset. I had it framed and it was a lovely birthday gift for my boyfriend!
