Returning Customer speaks volumes But sort out your courier
Completed house refit so returned to complete blinds, as totally satisfied with previous order.
The product and service from 247 is excellent....BUT your courier service choice STINKS!!!
Had to do a 30 mile round trip to PICK up the blinds!!!

I found the measuring advice on the website really useful and clear. The samples arrived the next day and it was really simple to order. It was a really user-friendly website and the blind arrived really quickly.

247 Blinds play a 'blind'-er
Looking to replace a vertical blind and after a wide search decided to use 247 blinds(as a first time customer). I liked the web page layout,clarity and easy to follow instructions for ordering.I was also drawn to the fact that the seams were stitched and not just glued for a better finish;the price was very competitive too.On taking receipt of blinds they arrived on time and were very well packed .Having just fitted the blinds,the instructions were easy to follow and the overall finish and quality could not be faulted and i am more than satisfied with the blinds;value for money and the service we received.In short i would have no reservations in using 247 Blinds again nor recommending them to anyone.

Superb blinds, better than i expected
After careful measurement, i placed my order, and when i fitted them they were absolutely perfectly cut.
Quite simple to instal with everything included, the mechanism was easy to operate even with the long 3 metre length blind.

No fuss excellent service.
We wanted some new Venetian blinds to fit a bay window. 247 blinds made it so easy. The products are of great quality, they arrived really quickly and they fit like a glove.i can't recommend this service highly enough. If in doubt, don't be. I found everything absolutely fine.

Made to measure blinds made simple and affordable!
I ordered 2 blackout roller blinds using the made to measure option. Absolutely delighted with them. Quality of fabric and mechanism is great. The colour is strong and vibrant! The best bits were how simple the ordering process was, how affordable the product is and the fact I took delivery of the finished article within 7 days! I'm already measuring up other windows for my next order! Highly recommend!

Great Service, Nice Blind, Perfect fit.
I bought a vertical blind which is very nice and came very quickly. The instructions looked a bit unclear and I thought they may be hard to follow, but once we started putting up the blind it wasn't an issue. I thought the whole process was very simple and I will be using 24/7 again.

BLINDS
I have just purchased two different blinds for different sized windows, which arrived this morning. Although I have not put them up I did offer them up to the windows and they look ideal. I hope to erect them tomorrow. They were very reasonably priced and arrived here on the Island of Mull, on the west coast of Scotland well within the time frame I was promised. I can't use my blind due to my builder who measured my window wrong!!! Never trust a man to do a women's job ha ha.
The 247 blinds are excellent I have bought from them before and my previous purchase was a brill fit due to myself measuring the window. I have reordered and I do recommend this company.

Perfect cut to my specification, not a millimetre out
Measurement sent for making wood blinds, it arrived, I had a few reservations as previous made to measure blinds have been too big or too small.
This order was spot on, very good price, and excellent quality as far as I see.
Delivery was within 5 working days.
I don't think I can fault the process, I have reccomended blinds247 to friends, who has also praisesd it... I stay away from major suppliers and stick with smaller companies

Best quality roller blind I've ever had.
I have bought countless roller blinds in the past, and have even had normal roller blinds fitted by a popular blind company, but this blind is of the best quality by far. It was so easy to fit, it was up and working in half an hour and the fittings were also of high quality. It fits perfectly, even dropping neatly between the skirting boards (which I forgot to include in the measurements!) I ordered the Origin blackout blind in Oyster for a completely neutral colour and it looks perfect. I ordered it on a Wednesday evening and it was delivered the following Wednesday packaged in the most "hard to crush" box. The only thing I think that could have been improved was letting me know when the blind had been despatched, although a quick phone call on the Tuesday gave me all the informaton I needed, including a consignment number for me to track my order. Overall, a great company and I would recommend them to anyone.

Brilliant Service at very reasonable price
Ordered some 2 Venetian vertical Blinds on Saturday afternoon, and even though I was expecting a 5 business day delivery they were with me by the Wednesday. I installed them the same day. Very easy to install (Although Instruction leaflet not great). Was missing 2 weights for the bottom of the louvre panes so called the helpdesk and they were delivered to me the next day!. Blinds look fantastic and am extremely impressed with quality, value for money, and service provided.

Excellent service, fast and exactly what we needed.
We needed a couple of blackout blinds for the kids rooms to help them sleep later and found 247 Blinds searching Google. Measured the windows and got a good quote immediately, placed the order and they arrived 4 days later. A great turnaround and great price for custom sized blinds and they installed in minutes. A little light leaks around the top and sides but we just used them with the curtains we already had and both rooms are substantially darker in the mornings.

Very disappointed
I telephoned my order as I wanted an extra 10M of bottom chain link for a customer. I was happy to pay whatever the cost as I was passing this onto the customer. Having waited five days the blind turned up without the extra cord. Very disappointed.

No fitting instructions
Quick delivery and good quality blinds. I am going to buy somemore . However there were no fitting instructions and it took three attempts to get the correct ones sent by email. I asked why there weren't any in the packs and they said that they had had other people complain.
Well the answer is simple , PUT THEM IN.

Fabulous service, super speedy delivery, highly recommend
amazing really - measured the size I needed, which let's face it is pretty straight forward, put the measurments in the conversion chart (no maths needed!), chose the colour I fancied and hey presto!! Blinds were delivered within a couple of days - the only tricky part of the whole process was getting my husband to put them up!!!

Side winder not strong enough for 8ft blind
Blind very nice but when put up side winder pulling cord keeps snapping when trying to pull up or down.

Eyes opened by blind company
Not someone who would normally use the web to sort a product I was pleasantly surprised - and delighted - to have found 247 Blinds. From a large range of blinds I quickly found the colour wanted and a quote - for a purpose made blind - obtained within seconds. Telephoning the company my order was dealt with quickly and efficiently by a very friendly young lady. Confirmation by email was almost immediate and delivery within a week. The product is first class and the price, even with a delivery charge, cheaper by far than any quotes I received from some other well known companies. Would I recommend them? A big resounding yes.

Poor packaging on delivery as cardboard was wet and delivery driver said it had been left out in the rain
I bought a 7ft blackout blind and had it delivered to work. The packaging was poor as it was not sealed either end, so the blind could slide out and I also had to write on the delivery note that the cardboard packaging was damaged, as it had been left out in the rain (as the delivery guy informed me). On removing the blind at home it appeared ok and not damaged, but after installing blind and pulling blind down there were several marks on the blackout blind. Considering the fact the the delivery costs were £6.95 and the blind nearly £50.00, I would have expected better packaging and better quality product.

Give your windows a treat
The roller blind arrived well packed and in good condition.
The quality of the component parts appears to of a good standard.
The speed of service was excellent and took us by surprise as we were not at home for the first delivery.Suggest an e-mail prior to despatch!
