The wrong product was delivered and I returned it promptly. I confirmed the product was received by the third party vendor. Was promised by Able Kitchen that the refund was forthcoming. I have called no less than 40 times over the last 4 months requesting the refund. They say it is on its way each time or that "Joe" will call me back with more info. I have never received a return phone call and they have now begun hanging up on me each time I call. I filed with the BBB and they did not respond to the complaint. I am now filing in small claims and will request additional penalties/damages and notify their third party vendors about they terrible customer service and illegal business practices. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!
It took about 8 days for my donut screens to arrive and my experience was a Little difference then some of the other commentators. I found their customer service was able to track down my package and give me an accurate delivery date. I expected it a little sooner, but overall they did have the best value from all the vendors I compared them to.
I ordered several months ago. The order was "back ordered". Waited several weeks...still on back order. Cancelled my order but CAN NOT, CAN NOT..get a refund
They charged my card immediately before telling me it was back ordered and I still cannot get credit. Crooked company. WOULD NOT DEAL WITH THEM.
The prices on their website are pretty good but shipping is slow and and customer service is a not a priority for them. Shipping takes forever. Literally. I've purchased lots of restaurant supplies online. You generally receive it within a week from placing the order. It takes at least 3 and sometimes up to 5 weeks to receive your stuff from Able. And there is absolutely no communication, so you don't know if or when the items are going to be delivered. Bottom line: If you don't need something right away and don't mind checking on whether your order has shipped or will ship, it could be worth the cost savings.
At first i thought this site was awesome. they seemed to have everything. My order was totally messed up. They sent stuff that didnt match the photos. Cancelled some of my order. gouged me with a 25% restocking fee. Havnt sent $100 worth of stuff on a $200 order. Customer service is awful and hard to reach. everything about their policies is about protecting them and scamming u. no tracking #'s. Shipments arrive with garbage in the box. No communication. i paid upfront for this type of treatment. This experience opened my eyes to internet product scam sites. this site comes off as a commercial supplier. No business would ever tolerate this activity. AbleKitchen.com is scamming small time foodies and getting away with it. Watch out. I am Reporting to the BBB.
