Fantastic support and fast replies to emails. My package wasn't delivered because I accidentally put in the wrong address but the support made sure everything went smoothly. the package was returned to them and they sent it back in one day and I got it the next day. It arrived it perfect condition.

I was waiting for months for one of mcfarlane toys (Batman mcfarlane reborn ) and i asked them on Instagram and i had a quick answer that they ordered it and it will arrive soon to the shop and they even told me that they can come back when it arrive and tell me !!
I said thanks i will check the website regularly..
Later when the product arrived..I missed it and it was sold out..
I sent them a message again and told them that i couldn't catch the product ,so they respond immediately and told me that they ordered more and they sent me a link and said that i could pre-order now and pay later when it arrives !!
A lot of the messages and questions were answered quickly and in very very nice ways ..
I Dont know what to say but the people there love their job and they are really amazing !!

Ps: the product was released in USA and took two months to come to Europe and actionfiguren24 shop was the first shop in Germany and even in Europe that had brought it ..

Ordered an in stock figure, was worried about it because of the negative reviews but they were because of an owner change and problems that ensued because of it. My package was shipped within 2 or 3 days after I placed the order and was delivered without issues

Through the site, I created a pre-order for the product, which I could pay for when they will have it in stock. When the product was in stock, I received an email with payment information. After paying via paypal, I wrote an email that the payment was sent. The following morning, I received a return email that the payment went well, and later that day another email arrived with a tracking number and information that the package had been shipped. The package arrived to me in about four days. The box was only slightly damaged on one side, which was probably caused by the carrier, but the product was intact, wrapped in bubble wrap and filled with paper. That's why I rate the site 5/5 and I would definitely not hesitate to order another product.

I must say that due to the reviews I was skeptical at the beginning but I read that they were under new administration so I decided to give it a try and placed my order. It was a great customer service experience. There was a delay with the order so I stablished communication by email to get some extra info. I was amazed by the quick reply from the store I think I sent around 7 or 8 emails in different occasions and got an answer to every single one in under 24 hours, including one cancellation that was executed smooth by the AF24 team in under 24 hours from the request considering that was during the weekend. I been collecting for a couple of years so there is always shipping delays and cancellations so that doesn't surprise me at all. What surprised me was to see such good care of the customer needs. Thumbs up to Marcus and the AF24 team. I will definitely come back to their online store in the future.

I bought an captain American shield as an present. Everywhere online it was sold out they had it in stock for a good price. I ordered and even emailed them right away to ask them when I would receive this. They gave a reply very fast and told me it would be here with me on time. Today it arrived. So for me it was a very good pleasant experience, I was skeptical because of all the negative feedbacks but I could pay with paypal so I thought it would be safe anyway. So 10/10 for me.

Havent had problems with them in the past, this winter the customer service seem to be harder to reach, and it takes them a lot more time to process orders and ship, but overall they operate well, have great deals, have a relatively wide selection of goods. When i search for a product that would be too expensive to too much of a hassle to order from Asia or USA, i search it first here. I wish in the future, they would offer more products from Extreme-sets, and overall 1/6 TBLeague and 1/6 kit-bashable chinese products, from YMtoys, Vstoys, Super Duck, and such, as it is hard to find source for these in the EU.

Definitely one of the worst sites I have ever bought from. My package was 1 week late when it was supposed to arrive within 1-5 and not it has been 12. Their customer service is very bad, I sent 2 emails with no reply. My pre order was delayed by 2 months.

Terrible: pre order canceled after 10 months wait without any explanation...I've lost my product, since now it cannot be ordered from any other place as it's sold out!
Terrible communication and lack of professionalism!
If you're a collector, please stay away!
