Ordered two knee braces, they were the wrong size. The company does not have an exchange policy told me to send back and re-order. I sent back, it cost me $100.00 to send them back. After several emails and calls, a representative told me they were trashed and I would not get a refund. I had them less than an hour before I sent them back. Spent over $1000.00 and have nothing to show.
I actually believe one star is too much. I order a breathing device for my family member and it was delivered to the wrong address and they charged my credit card. I called numerous times and attempted to rectify the problem but they refused to either refund or send me a replacement. Honestly, do yourself a favor and order from a reputable provider as you will pay for their mistakes.
Found what I wanted and ordered, creating an account in the process. I then got an email that stated my login credentials, INCLUDING MY PASSWORD, in clear text on the email! Are you kidding me???
BTW, this also implies that they are STORING the password in clear text, meaning they are not storing it encrypted (well, hashed)...so if they get hacked, anyone sees it.
Lastly, tried to go in to change that password or delete the account....and I cannot login to the system; no error, it just loops in asking for credentials.
