Their site definitely has security breaches. My email, name, number, and other details were scraped from their site. I tested this a few times to be sure that it was them.

I don't think they would do this intentionally as a side hustle and leak its user details to adult sites and whatnot. But when you're asking for things like passport, itinerary, and other personal details, you should make sure your site and emails don't have middle-mans who can leak them. This was a huge deal breaker.

Also, the package details they provide are bare minimums. When you are charging thousands of dollars up front, you should put more efforts into making it better.

This was a long awaited trip that was delayed by COVID, but we stuck with Advantour for the reasons below. Everything from the initial itinerary creation to the payments and the actual arrangements on the ground was on par with the best. The hotels and transport services arranged were the best possible and were comfortable without being ostentatious. The locations of the hotels was superb, the guides and drivers were excellent and we learnt a lot from them. And wherever we went, we heard that Advantour is the best in the business from their partners like hotels, guides etc. To top it off the attention to detail while we were in Uzbekistan was fantastic, staff were very responsive to last minute modifications, additional bookings etc. and overall we had a wonderful time. Thanks a ton to Natalya who managed our arrangements absolutely perfectly! Highly recommended.

Went on soul of Armenia tour recently and by far the best travel travel agency I have dealt with. Very well organized before a during trip. Local guide and driver were excellent. Could not praise them highly enough.

My husband got sick halfway through the tour and they had a car drive us 5 hours to Tashkent and booked us hotel room. The next day tour operator came to hotel with doctors to translate. Prescription were given and company rep went to pharmacy and bought the medicine back to hotel. We only had to pay $100 for doctor and medication. They booked us additional night in hotel for time to get flight home. First time using this company and they communicated promptly with any questions before and during the tour. Tour guides were all amazing and highly recommend if doing trip to Central Asia.
