This little shop is amazing. The staff are so knowledgeable and helpful. And this time I ordered for delivery, they noticed I lived close by the next day and happened to be able to send my order with a member of staff that day! Going above and beyond

I purchased the tp toys wooden verandah pack from here as I had ordered the playhouse directly from tp toys. The verandah was advertised as 'damaged box' and that's supposedly why it was so cheap. When it arrived I built the house and the veranda and treated all the wood with the same wood protection. The following week after some light rain the house (purchased from tp toys) was still in perfect condition however, the verandah wood has split, bubbled and warped with two pieces that were prebuilt bursting apart. I therefore believe the product is not fit for purpose and think it should be avoided.

I ordered a slide that advertised a two working day delivery for £22. I ordered on Saturday and in my mind two working days is Tuesday. However it got here Wednesday and I can live with that. When it arrived it was in a tatty box, the bag containing some screws had been ripped open and a step was missing. I called them and got a step on route but when I said it had been opened and looked like it was one that had been returned I was confronted by a lady who clearly did not believe what I was saying as she said that the box had come straight from the manufacturer and dispatched to me. It would have been nice if the box had been checked to make sure it was complete before being sent out. It would also help to get someone in customer service who is people friendly as after all, the customer is always right. Probably wouldn’t use this company again.

We order a Little Tike fire engine which looked like it had been a returned order. The box had been re-sealed and was crumpled on one corner. Parts were loose in the box and one of the wheels had already been assembled. As it still looked new and unused, we were not that bothered. However, the stickers were missing. I reached out the company and they couldn’t have been more accommodating. They were apologetic and resolved the issue immediately. Stickers were sent out and received in two days. Excellent work.

After reading trust pilot reviews I was sceptical as I was also unable to order the parts online. A quick email, reply & ordering up I was happy with contact of order, notification of tracking & arrival of product within a few days!
I had started to think we couldn't replace the accessories with the picnic playhouse, thank you.

I’m so annoyed! Ordered my son’s birthday present form here. It hadn’t arrived, so I rang to see what was happening, only to be informed my order had been cancelled! His birthday is tomorrow and I won’t be able to get what i ordered on time now got his wee birthday! They said they emailed me, but I have not reviewed any emails!

As the other reviews suggest, the owner Louise is rude and customer service is poor. A part that I ordered didn’t fit properly and I was basically accused of lying. They only accepted it when I sent a video of it not fitting and even then were still defensive. I ordered another part after this that I have also found doesn’t fit but don’t particularly want this battle again - I’ll go elsewhere. Avoid this company.

The four items purchased from Adventure Toys arrived so quickly I realised there'd been no need to order so far in advance of my granddaughter's birthday. On the day when she opened her presents, one toy, the Ambi Ted in a Box, proved to be a major disappointment. This jack-in-the-box type toy simply didn't 'go down'. The bear popped out quite nicely but had to be manipulated into place, before the lid could be closed. Worse, it often got stuck. This was impossible for the child to do and frustrating for the adults. I emailed Adventure Toys, saying too much time had probably passed for a return or refund but hoping they could advise me of options.

Later that day, Pauline from Adventure Toys rang me so we could chat - what a difference from dealing with a Bot, as is usual on most websites now! Pauline said they had tested out the toy and encountered the same problems - it seemed to be characteristic of the design and not a flaw in the specific item I'd received. In a very fair gesture, she refunded me the cost. I am donating the toy to our local charity shop where any customer will be able to try it out first and see whether they can cope with having to position the bear before closing the lid.

It is rare to find such prompt, responsive and generous service. I recommend Adventure Toys highly.

I cannot thank Sandra and Bud enough. I needed a trampoline mat (after ours got damaged) for a discontinued TP trampoline. They mere so great at speaking to me, and talking through whether they could find the item and if not, what my other options were. Having contacted TP and spoken to their 'chatbot'a few times (which was no help), it was so welcoming to speak to Sandra several times and she clearly wanted to try and help. Bud then went through their stock meticulously and found what we needed and even helped me solve a problem I was having with birds pecking at the pole foam! I am so grateful and impressed. This is why small businesses are so valuable.

I needed some stickers to revive a preloved fairy coupe car little tykes for my granddaughter. I saw them on numerous websites with varying prices and settled on Adventure Toys, which were a fraction of the cost of some other websites. They came earlier than expected and were very well packaged. The quality of the stickers is very very good, once on the car it looked as good as new. I would definitely recommend Adventure Toys.

Trampoline cover. Was sent a different item to that advertised and managers and owner, refused to replace item.
Louise Ingram, the owner was extremely rude and refused to replace with item I had ordered.
She said I could return the item, at my expense for a refund! The item cost £10, the postage would have cost more than the item.
Avoid this company, either directly or on Facebook marketplace. They are scam sellers, selling items that don’t exist.
I only wish I had read the previous reviews, as everyone has had the same problem.

Excellent company. I’ve just taken delivery of an item that I had ordered in early July. As I was going on holiday the company delayed dispatch for me. This company go the extra mile. Customer service staff are friendly and helpful. I will continue to buy from them. I have been a customer for a number of years and they have never let me down.

I’ve placed a few orders with this company, for a number of spare parts to spruce up some preloved cozy coupe cars & also a new little tikes water table. Customer service has been excellent in helping with my queries, and also promptly sending out a missing piece. Would highly recommend buying from adventure toys.

Items not received, customer service teams unhelpful. Told to chase delivery of items which they arranged when contacting the email address in the confirmation emails, apparently this was incorrect. Called the customer services team as it's been over 3 weeks since items received. When speaking to customer services team, the first person said to contact royal mail despite them arranging the delivery. The second person said they would resend the items and look into the delivery of the items, however they then stated they need to look into the tracking and if we had missed the delivery etc, and when I tried to explain that the tracking just states an update will be provided when trying to deliver, the advisor did not want to listen to this or anything further and cut the phone off. Both persons would cut me off when I was trying to explain the situation in an aggressive manner, however when I tried to interrupt them to explain my point of view which was an attempt to try and expedite the situation, they stated I was being rude and would not tolerate that sort of behaviour...

Completely rude and overall unhelpful in the grand scheme of things.

If I could give zero I would. I placed an order on March 27th, got a confirmation email and then nothing since. It it now July and I have sent emails asking for an update and had no reply.

Pretty slow. Awful website. Paid for priority delivery, 5 days later I'm still waiting. Heard from CS and they seem to think this is OK. Definitely a space in this market for an efficient business to step in.

Fantastic service. Awesome products. I searched and searched to find a place that had the first toys gardening tools in stock and able to deliver in time for my to-be-4-year olds birthday. I received a quick and friendly query about the delivery address and then my items were on the way for next day delivery - which is a breath of fresh air in these challenging times when everything seems to be delayed or somehow affected by the pandemic. Packaging was perfect and kept everything safe even though it was then forwarded overseas. I'd have no hesitation in buying from adventure toys again.

Excellent service. We were looking for a specific toy for our daughter for Christmas. The manager looked for it in their delivery and found what we needed. Sent us photos of the product we wanted and then arranged for it to be posted out to us. Great service and very honest.
