Excellent experience in Aug/Sept 2026 with Brittany Ferries from Portsmouth to Caen. We had not used a channel crossing route since 1990 and found the journey both ways to be very pleasurable, super ships, good food, space to relax in and part of the holiday. It won’t be too long before we do it again.

One mistake by booking the wrong date this company would not rectify my mistake or give me refund never use it again very disgusting behavior I literally tried to re get a refund or cancel it within 10 minutes of making the mistake they don't want to know

Arrived at ferry port time stated on…
Arrived at ferry port time stated on confirmation only to find that ferry time changed without being notified. Unable to ring AFerry direct dealing with a bot . Due to wedding had to pay for another ferry as next ferry was 6 hours later . Contacted customer services who state that it’s the ferry company responsibility to contact change of time which we never received .No refund offered , would not recommend this company ruined our trip and made to feel it was our fault we should have know ferry time had changed without an email
