Best retailer and online sales team
Really amazed at the fast delivery at no extra cost andaalways informed of where my parcel is and when it's due for delivery. This is all despite being the cheapest for most of the products and if they're not cheaper they will price match... You can't lose

Hardcore delivery

I placed my order on the 1 May, it is today the 9 May and it still hasn't arrived but my money was taken pretty quickly.
Have emailed twice and still no response.

My collegue Chris e-mailed you on the 3rd of May to inform you about the delay regarding this product however you have not replied to this so perhaps it could be a problem with your e-mail service?
In addition to this, my colleague David replied to your most recent e-mail (we have only ever received 1) which you sent after closing time on the 8th in which he replied to at 9:10am on the 9th in which it read;

First rate service!
This is the first time I have used any form of supplements and as such, I did some research into various products before I took the plunge. I chose the ASN Diet Whey from Affordablesupplements as a comparable market product, at a very competitive price.
The whole process from making the decision to order, to product delivery to my door, was seemless and completely painless, most impressively was the delivery happening within the first minute of the allocated time slot - well done. I shall be coming back for more!!!

Usually excellent service
I've been using Affordable supplements for several years and still use them for their competitive prices, good delivery and excellent customer service
However, with my most recent order the discount code didn't work so I rang up to query this and was told it had expired last night. When I got home I found the discount code offer which stated this was valid for another 4 weeks until the end of the month so was a little disappointed I missed out on this due to incorrect info from the staff.

I am very sorry to hear this, as you know yourself the service you receive from is normally great, unfortunately though, human errors can never be eradicated and as such picking/packing mistakes do happen from time to time.
Please can you e-mail me as to how you would like us to rectify this problem, we have 2 options for you, you can either return the tub if unopened (we will arrange a courier to pick it up from you and delivery the correct flavour) or if you would like to keep the flavour you have then we can credit your account with £5.00 of loyalty points which you can then use to redeem from your next order.

Great service for great suppliments!
I started to use affordable suppliments in December after disappointing service from previous suppliers and I haven't looked back ! I use there shop in normanton where you can still order on line get your loyalty points and collect from the shop which works for me . Getting suppliments advice from shop is a added bonus . Recommended !

Price and online service great, let down by inflexibility of couriers
I am happy with Affordable Supplements' prices, range and customer service.
However, both times I have ordered with them I have been let down by the couriers they use. On both occasions, I've left explicit instructions on the Affordable Supplements order form (where it asks for specific delivery instructions) for my goods to be placed in a designated area, and both times they've not been left there. Instead, I've had to rearrange a delivery, which is inconvenient because I frequently work away from home. Plus, the nearest courier centre is about a 50-minute drive.
For that reason, I won't be buying from Affordable Supplements again, which is a shame.

I am sorry you feel this way. Unfortunatley though the notes were added onto the order, it is down to the drivers discrepancy as to weather to honour these notes or not because even though you left these notes if anything happened to the package be it stolen or damaged then it is the driver that is liable for this.
If you know where you will be on the day of delivery you could always have the order sent where you are working or have it requested that it is sent with royal mail as they may have a depot closer.

Wow Quick Delivery
First of all i was very dubious about ordering a product from a company with such great prices and never heard of them! last time i did that i was ripped off! But WOW how i was wrong! the efficient delivery/service was outstanding having ordered on a sunday and having it by tuesday morning! will be indeed buying again from here!!
