I ordered a product on November 1, 2010, it was charged to my credit card on November 2, 2010, and I have yet to receive the order. After writing countless e-mails and leaving several messages, I have yet to encounter an actual person there who can help me with this problem.
UPDATE!! Actually, a very nice Customer Rep. named Margaret called me back!! It seemed like she would be taking care of the problem... we'll see!
I have ordered from them twice now and the service including the entire customer experience has been brilliant.
I know it sounds a bit too good to be true, but so far no complaints. Some of the other reviews on here seem to discribe a totally different experience, which is worrying....
I placed a $200 order with them which I never received and they haven't refunded the money. Just like the other reviewer from November 23rd, I have to file a dispute with my CC company. AVOID ALL musclemaster.com affiliates altogether. Over at Oneresult.com there is a blog explaining how the company is going out of business and how the owner, Nick Chunias I believe, are in the take-the-money-and-run phase of the death of this company.
