Great, Trustworthy service
I've been booking agoda for my travels and lately even the local travels, i book from them. At first I was booking them because of the reliability and the sense of security I get because I get what I paid for (not a scam) but on our recent travel to thailand, they made me realize that their service is really beyond par because I had this instance wherein my friend booked the hotel for us and then when circumstance changed and she won't be coming with me anymore, I had to assume the reservation under my name and have someone tag along instead... Agoda's agents really made a quick follow up with the hotel and they were able to find way wherein I don't have to cancel the booking and instead rename the hotel reservation under my name without penalties/charges from the hotel.

First i thought that is a strange website. because there was no button to sort by price. but there is a field, where you can paste a number how much you want to spend. and the pictures and process while reservation was really easy and uncomplicated.

Agoda is so user friendly, and so great to find the exact accommodation you're looking for!! They show heaps of photos so you know exactly where you're staying and the pinpoint map is FANTASTIC!! especially if you need to see how far away the hotel is from where you need to go! The customer reviews are also great, because you can easily read customer experiences!!
The phone app is brilliant! the last time i stayed in sydney we decided to stay an extra night but wanted to go to a different hotel! i just logged in and within a few clicks here and there were completely booked in to a new hotel and ready to go!! SO EASY!!
The rewards system is great too - that little extra saving really helps and it keeps me coming back!!

Smooth and Quick
I've been looking for nice and cheap hotels for days. After viewing some backpackers' website, I think First Cabin (Kyoto, Japan) will be very suitable for me. But then I get lost again in wondering how to make a reservation and gettin a discount at the official Japanese website. Now Agoda makes me a solution. This helps me a lot in making a tripplan. It is smooth and quick. Simple and easy. Just like my philosophy to a backpacker tour.

Reasonable pricing with a wide range of choices!!!
Experience Agoda's choice of hotels at reasonable pricing. They have also removed the USD15 cancellation fees, which is the best move by the company, on par with competitors practices in the market. I will continue to support Agoda for as long as they continue to provide such fantastic service.

I always stay at your hotel, beause I feel comfortable and safe staying there.
The Salisbury Hotel, I think is one of the most convenient hotels to stay at in Hong Kong. I have been staying there for short times every time I come back from Europe and it is a good place to stay. I have been staying there every year for quite a few years now.
It is very convenient to the main shopping areas, close to Star Ferry and I have always enjoyed my stay with them.
The rooms are well maintained, comfortable and always look fresh
The staff are always courteous, well presented and please to help.
I am looking forward to my stay in March, 2013

Not Loony Toons, Just great service at an affordable price...
My new bride of just days now, and myself have stayed in Tune Hotel in Makati City, Manila; and now we are off to Cebu, were we will be meeting her parents to again spend the night at Tune Hotel Cebu. I think you have a marvellous facility and I give your information to friends often. Yesterday...
I am telling friends all the time. Two stayed at Peace Laguna Resort in October and 2 in Aonang Villa resort a little earlier and another one recently, I think also at Peace Laguna. I personally do the bookings on most., for them.
