Extreme frustration as they keep taking $39.99 per month as a "Subscription." I did purchase 1 ONE ring from them in December 2025 and here it is August 2026 and they still are taking the monthly amount from my debt card. Complete scam. Working with my bank to get the charges reversed and to block any future charges.

Almost a year after my purchase, they tried to pull a random amount of money from my card! I had already blocked them due to their scam "subscription" after my purchase last year, and emailed them once again to remove my details from their system (which supposedly happened last year after I had contacted them about it). The reply was automated and they did not answer anything about the lawful GDPR removal that I requested. Do not give these people your card details, they WILL try to pull money from it at various time points!!!

Alder Jewellers, also known as Alder Jewellers Paris, is known for signing customers up for unexpected, recurring monthly subscriptions. In my case, I paid for one item once and did not authorize additional transactions or any recurring monthly subscription fees, but they keep charging me and refuse to cancel or refund.

How about no star. I ordered the 4 karat ring in January. A long time later I received a piece of junk wedding band, Instead. I have written to them and called them many times. I got just one response, and that was a request for a photo of what I did get. No answer. I have written since. No answer. I called. She only addresses tracking problems.

I get a bill from them every mounty for $39.99. I bought one thing at Christmas and they are still charging me for it. I think I have paid a couple months thinking I had ordered something but had not. I am tired of them sending me bills that I have not ordered.

If I could rate this job with negative Stars, I would. I ordered multiple items from the shop and it did not arrive. I checked the packages and still got nothing. I gave it a few more weeks because it's from overseas. To no avail, I have nothing showing up at my door. I contacted the customer service department via email and they told me that because my delivery was marked as delivered, they could not do anything else for me. Even if I was not able to receive any of my packages that I bought with my own money. My order was not received, these guys are such a scam, please go ahead and mark them as spam or scam and do not purchase from them. I have the receipts from emails going back and forth between me and them proving that they were not willing to cooperate and they have the poor customer service department ever.

I made a purchase on 2/28/26 and discovered today that they have been charging me $39.99 each month on the 12th, since March, for a VIP membership I never signed up for. I called their customer care number (5132299498) to try to get this resolved and cancelled. They claimed I signed up for VIP services that would give me future discounts and early access to sales and promos, but I did not see anywhere in my ordering process where I did. I asked for a refund and the rep said they could only give me 50% refund on the most current month's charge because the past 3 months charges are outside the '30 days customer satisfaction' window. I said that's fine, I'll just dispute it with my credit card company and they'll give me my money back and go after them for it. So then she proceeded with, "I will refund you the full amount for the 4 months". We shall see if it happens since I'm writing this review right after I got off the phone with the rep.

This company is horrible, they have been charging me monthly subscription that I did not sign up for. They have not responded to any of my messages and to date I can’t get the charges to stop unless I get a new card.

Like many other commenters on this site, I recently discovered I was charged $39.99 monthly for the last 6 months. Canceled card so they can no longer continue this theft!

fraud. i ordered a ring and they send me the wrong size. i e-mailed them and they only want to refund me 40% back in credit.
i told them i prefer they send me the correct size and they have not contacted me back.

They are a scam! Do not buy here they have been charging us 39.99 every month for 6 months, we just noticed and are disputing now but wow… I have never seen this kind of scam before

I received a ring that didn't have the value I paid for. I got a chance of glass. BUT THEY STARTED TO CHARGE ME A RECURRENT FEE OF $39.99 MONTHLY....WHAT IS THIS? I only bought a ring! I'm fighting to get my monies back. I don't like dishonest business. Will never use them again. BEWARE!

I received my ring and it is gorgeous but every month after they have stolen and continued to attempt to steal 40$ from the debit card that paid with for my initial purchase MONTHLY! I don’t have subscriptions with them or anything! Beware before giving them your information!

An unauthorized charge of $40 on my credit card account. This charge appeared in addition to the legitimate purchase I made from the Alder Paris Jewellery website.

This “business”, Alder Paris Jewellry are fraudsters! It’s been 3 weeks but I still have not received my rings! I contacted them and they were slow in responding back! They’ll say the items are on their way but I still haven’t received anything! Also, there was an unauthorized charge of $40 on my CC account, besides the charge I paid for items I bought! Don’t buy anything from Alder Paris Jewellry website!

I made a purchase on 1/6/26 totaling $34.18, and discovered on 2/25/26 that they have been charging me $39.99 each month (Jan & Feb) for a VIP membership I never signed up for. I called their customer care number to get this resolved and cancelled. I order almost everything online and I am aware of these VIP memberships, and am careful not to agree to these. BUYERS BEWARE! This is a scam and very bad business practice to trick you into signing up for something you don't need. Moreover, their website shows customer reviews, yet there is nowhere you can actually submit a review. Therefore, those reviews must be fake.

I just purchased before reading the reviews and everything that has been said, is true. The ring is not quality or mossonite which I had the stone tested. It really is false advertisement and shame on me for not looking up the reviews before purchasing.
