Misleading product information, failure to notify the buyer of relevant information, and unreasonable delay in rectifying the problem.
I originally chose a frame from among those available for this art print on the All Posters site. Only well after the estimated delivery date was I advised by the merchant that the frame I chose was no longer available. I was NEVER given an estimate for an alternative delivery date, and I was asked either to choose a different frame for the print or to cancel the order.
The original order was placed on July 1, 2026 and arrived at its destination on August 29th - SIXTY DAYS in all.
The order was mishandled by the merchant from beginning to end, with no consideration for the purchaser.
All Posters performance in dealing with this order is unacceptable.

Am a Frequent Customer
I have frequently bought different sizes of color photography posters from AllPosters for decorating the walls of my apartment, either in the kitchen, bathroom, entry, or living area. I always find something I like among the variety of prints on the AllPosters' website. The prints have greatly added color to an otherwise drab apartment.
