Bought for mum but so good my sister wants one too!
I bought a Day Clcok for my mum as she always asks what the day is. I didn't expect it to be so clear and easy for her to see. I thought she would forget to look at it but it shouts 'look at me' in every way.
The day and digital time format are large and clear to see and understand and the date and year smaller although easily readable. Mum loves it.
I have also had email and voice contact with Alzproducts and was very impressed with the speed and helpfulness of their responses.
All in all a 5 star service and product.

Good Fast Service.
Was looking for simple tv remote for my mother in-law. Found one on this site and ordered, even though I had some questions to I wanted to ask. Sent an email and it was answered so fast it was as if the customer service was waiting for my mail. Got the goods and the questions answered. Was very pleased with result from both. Mother in law now able to operate her tv and I now no longer have to pop over so often to help her change tv channels. Thanks to the guys at alzproducts. for the great service.

I have bought this one button radio for my mothers 91st birthday
she is dementia & arthritis and to give her the freedom of listening to her favourite programs would help her she is in a care home and is obviously having to listen to what is on the TV & Radio of the wider residents.

Your company is high on my list of problem solver
What a relief having the easy handle remote for my husband-I even use it myself sometimes--the buttons on the original are so small.Why do they need to make technical things so complicated.I was a little lazy though and got my grandson to programme it for us---he was so much quicker than I would have been.

Excellent service, rapid delivery

Excellent product and service!!!!
The day/night clock is just what I was needing to help my friend who has trouble knowing if it is day or night! He often wakes from a nap and is unsure of if it is 2 p.m. or 2 a.m.. This will be SO helpful for him and for his caregivers. Ordering was very easy and delivery was extremely quick! I was not able to track my shipment to the US but sent an e-mail asking about this and received a prompt and helpful reply that made the tracking very easy. Since I had to sign for delivery I needed to know the arrival date so I could be at home to receive the package. I have never ordered from an international company and was hesitant about the price conversion and the service but ADP made it very easy and working with them was a pleasure. Thank you so much for this unique and helpful product and for the prompt service. The clock was also packaged very well and marked fragile. It arrived in excellent shape. Love this product!!!

Eventually found your site, found the product that I thought I wanted, ordered one received it a day later, trialled it liked it ordered five more and received a day later all installed and achieving the desired result. nice easy remote control for someone with poor eyesight and/or confusion.
worked ok once I had managed to program it. Very easy to operate - channel button just up and down rather than having to look for a number. good for someone with poor eyesight although it could take a while to find the channel you require if it is a high number!!

Excellent service and great product
The service from Alz Products was friendly, fast and straightforward and the product itself came just as described. I was a bit worried that it would be a nightmare to set up but it was pretty straightforward and the remote control now works perfectly. Now it's just a matter of convincing my step dad that it's not MORE complicated than the other 3 we usually use!

Excellent remote
This remote as saved me so many trips we got our dad a new telly and he was so confused with the remote that came with it I was always having to go and sort it out then I came across this remote and perfect saved so much hassle it was easy to program in and the buttons are nice and big so I would recommend this remote for people who get confused with the amount of different buttons on the original remote

Just what the doctor ordered!
I ordered this for my Dad who gets confused about the days despite calendars in every room plus written reminders. This day clock is perfect for him & on opening, was already up & working on correct day etc.. The ordering & efficiency of delivery was great. My Mum now knows what day of the week it is as soon as she enters her kitchen!
Mum made a mistake over what day it was and this lead to her taking 3 lots of medicatioin on one day. The calendar and prominent day display now make this unthinkable!

great service, easy return and refund plus advice
When the alarm I bought didn't live up to the claim on the website it was refunded in total without question, with a promise to moderate the claim of the manufacturer, and some useful advice on alternatives. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for advice on these products.

Good product, needs slight tweaking for better operation
This is a very good product, but could do with some improvements
The Channel button goes side to side← →Whereas most Television controllers go up/down ↑ ↓channels. I had to programme it for my mother in-law so that there were only the 2 channels she watches BBC1 & ITV1 once all the other channels were deleted it was easy for her to use. I set the Volume so that it is at the level she wants, so she does not have to touch that button, both on/off buttons will switch off/on & by only having 2 channels, it doesn’t matter which arrow you push it will always go to the other channel. I have suggested that when she finishes looking at the Television, she always goes to BBC1 to switch off, and then this will be her next starting point for another day

superfast service
I ordered this to help me keep track of time, and it has done just that. It comes already set up and we have hung it on the wall where it is neat and unobtrusive. The only drawback is that, as I have a bed/sitting room, it is rather bright at night and I have to cover it, so for the future maybe a dimmer feature could be added

We're glad that you're happy with the clock that you recently purchased from us.
With regards to your suggested improvement, this has been mentioned by a few customers this month and consequently we are currently in talks with our manufacturers to have this added to our next batch of clocks.
This will take 2-3 months before fully implemented, however customers in the near-future should hopefully have the option of a dimmer brightness control.

Don't know what day it is? Let alone which month? Buy this clock!
This is the perfect timepiece to put beside the television - it takes away so much of the confusion that comes with dementia. The Radio Times makes sense again, knowing what day it is makes a huge difference in a million small ways. Knowing the month puts life in perspective. It is very clear, easily read, and well worth every single penny. Whoever designed this deserves a medal!

Efficient, effective, truthful and helpful - what more can one ask!
Excellent product, good website - would use again and will definitely recommend. Have bought a tv control - which was advertised for older people with dementia but we have bought it for a much younger adult with learning disabilities and autism. A very useful bit of kit which meets a very definite need. Very fast delivery, and a good price.

Just to say that my special Dad's Amplified Photo Button Telephone arrived yesterday afternoon and I am now awaiting Jersey Telecoms to connect his landline in his Room 26.
We unwrapped the parcel and the product looks great and I very much look forward to setting it up for us both to enjoy and to have the peace of mind of being able to keep in touch.

Great product ,great sevice
Good quality product, fast delivery. One minor point, this clock is quite heavy and as many walls are only plaster board, perhaps a plaster board fixing as well as the wood screw provided may be helpful

I have spoken to our manufacturer to see if they can recommend a fixing to include with the heavier clocks. We may also look at including plasterboard fixings with future sales.
In the meantime we have added to our product information that due to the weight of the clock customers may want to use a wall-fixing. We hope this is a suitable compromise.

Great, good and straight forward service.
My review is all positive. Good and straight forward service.
The only issue that I came across is with the product.
The product was the LED clock, which also states the date and Day .
I bought two of them, the product works great, i have received great reviews
from elderly people visiting my mums place, they did enquire from where did she
get it, and I happily informed them of your website.
Now I do have a note to add on the product, there is a design feature which has
come to my attention as a downer , the clock reads very well in daylight, due to its
brightness, BUT here lies the problem ......at night when everything is turned off, the
livingroom is very lit up by the overwhelming brightness of the clock, it makes it imposible to sleep with the door open of the bedroom, so we resorted to placing a cardboard over the top before going to bed. It would be better if a timed programable automatic dimmer was implace in the software as to be able to dim the clock during say 11pm and 6am.....as an example. Thats all....other than that ..great product!!!

We've had a few requests similar to your own in the past 4 weeks or so, consequently, we are in promising talks with our manufacturers to enable brightness control in our next batch of digital clocks.
A timed-dimmer will be slightly harder to implement (but more useful I'm sure), we will probably try to add brightness control at first, and we can then move onto the harder task of adding a dimmer-timer.

very pleased we found this site
We found the site while looking for a TV control for my mother who has just been diagnosed with Alzheimer's , We found the one we thought would suite her best and ordered it, they kept us informed by e-mail and the item was delivered ahead of time by the postal service, We are very pleased with the item and it has helped to lessen the confusion for my mother.
Will definitely look at this site again when requiring other items.
