Reliable, trustworthy company.
When Amazon says they will send you a package by a certain date, they always end up sending it sooner. (Yes I'm aware a majority of companies intentionally give a longer estimated time for arrival to prevent any upset customers in case it takes longer than expected, and yet please any customers in the highly likely event it arrives sooner than stated) However I find the company has a great selection of items and they are very reliable. Sometimes, however, prices may be too high for the quality of published materials, for instance, in which they sold to me. That is why I did not give them 5 stars, otherwise usually reasonable prices!

Amazon.ca Always Delivers
I've ordered many times from Amazon.ca. Items always arrive quickly (sometimes the following day!) and notification has always been prompt when any issues arise.
Shipping is free on most items which is awesome.
The only complaint I could possibly make is that the .ca site doesn't carry as many items as the .com site does.
