American RV, an excellant company that saved me a lot of money.
I replaced the front A/C unit on my 2000 American Eagle motor home. In searching the web, American RV had the best deal for a Colman 15,000 BTU unit. It was in stock, they shipped it the next day and I received it 2 days later. It installed without any problems and works great.

With the world of the internet and never speaking to anyone we've come to expect poor or no customer service. American RV Company sets themselves apart form alot of companies i've dealt with. They shipped the product immediately, provided the tracking information, and it arrived when they said it would. There wasn't a need to talk to anyone. You couldn't ask for any more.

I was impressed with the excellent customer service, product quality and low prices!
I will be purchasing more products from this company in the future and have already recommended it to a friend.
I was in a rush to purchase a new power converter before it really got hot (we live in Texas). The customer service personnel answered multiple questions regarding size, measurements, amperage and shipping with kindness and confidence. The converter arrived quickly and was packed tightly in thick cardboard to protect it. The installation took just a few minutes and there have been no problems.

Fridge handle purchase .
I recently purchased a handle for my fridge,but it ended up being the wrong one. Upon contacting the shipper it was explained to me that I could return the item and pay restocking charges and return freight.Being from Canada the unit cost me nearly $60 to my door so it would be asinine to pay charges to ship it back so I will cut my loss and tape my R.V.fridge door shut I suppose as there seems to be nobody that can supply one.

We checked to see if you had contacted us prior to purchase, however we show no record of a call from the phone number you provided. We have a full sales staff ready to assist you, had you contacted us prior to purchase we could have helped you to identify and select the correct part (or advise on availability). We do have a return process which is considerably more generous than our competitors. It is also not uncommon for us to reduce or waive a restocking fee if another purchase will be made. Because you chose the product and made this purchase directly online without verifying the part number, we cannot absorb the costs of processing the order, picking, packing, shipping, issuing a return authorization, sending a call tag, receiving the products and refunding you… all on a part where we make $4.00.

Outstanding attention to customer service and lowest prices to boot
When my long time RV service and parts provider took a turn for the worse, I received recommendations to give American RV Co. a try. I did and now they are my new number one go-to RV parts provider.
Recently I tried to call in a question near the end of the business day and the line was busy, they offered an option to leave a message and receive a call back. Because it was late in the day, I just hung up without leaving a message. To my surprise, I received a call (that I missed) leaving me a message that they saw that I had tried to call them and they wanted to know if they could still assist me. I do not know about you, but at 55 years old, I have never had any company return my call from a hang-up, that is unheard of and I think tells it all about American RV Co.

They really came through.
When the water heater went out and I had to get it replaced in a pinch, they had the exact replacement that I needed. I really appreciated the prompt service and delivery. They will be the first place I check for all my rv parts needs.

My error, their fix.
I placed an order with a part number for a Dometic icemaker valve. As it turned out, it was the wrong part number. Their staff recognized the error and called me to ok a change in the order. I received the correct part thanks to their attentiveness. I will use them again. Shipment was fast and the price was good. Thanks.

Great Website, Great Prices, Awesome Response!!!!
Found out that I needed a new water heater in my truck camper. Looked at other sites for pricing and customer ratings. Luckily I found American RV Company. Great prices and website. The product that I ordered said it would ship within 3-5 business days. Was surprised to find that it shipped the next morning. Product arrived quickly and in great shape. I will be purchasing more.

Great Service!...and attitude.
I ordered a refrigerator access vent door from American RV. There was a delay in fulfilling the order and with most companies I would have received only an "on back order" email to notify me of the problem. But with American RV I received a personal apology for the delay (slight), then a prompt update when it arrived and a promise to treat it as a "HOT" item. Great company that cares about its customers.

Pricing is fair and service is great.
They had the product I needed and it was shipped promptly.
My only complaint is that my water heater cover was available in two colors of white, which were listed, but there was no pictoral representation of the colors. I guessed at the wrong color. I'll need to paint it to have the color match my RV.

Got what I needed.
My water heater died and ythey had a direct replacement for it. It was competitively priced. I thought the ground transportation fee through UPS a little high but it was from California to Pennsylvania. The entire price was still good and something I couldn't get locally. Their salesman was very courteous and knowledgeable about the product. He even took the time to check and make sure it was in stock. He also was nice enough to understand we are staying in the RV for the summer and needed the heater ASAP, it shipped the same day. This was my first transaction with this company and my experience with them will cause me to look there first for any future RV needs. Great people to buy from.

Curt taillight converter
