I recently order a t00 count of an anti-inflammatory product and received only 100. After two frustrating calls to "customer service," during which I was asked to read numbers on the box and bottle (which I did) and finally being asked to send pictures of both, I gave up. My impression is that fulfillment and so-called customer service are thousands of miles apart. Stay away from this company.
Same thing- amazingly outrageous charge for shipping. As soon as I saw this I started firing off emails - amazon is a Big part of this - got basic screw you's. Package finally ! Arrived just now. I am returning unopened package thru p.o. - I won't be charged as long as unopened- with email to "americarx", and/or "myotcstore" stating contents and RETURN POSTAL NUMBERS , explaining that I EXPECT FULL, IMMEDIATE REFUND. DO NOT! "MESS" WITH ME. I will then help them to understand that I am !@"#^^^*! SERIOUS by writing in no mincing terms on their Facebook page and TWEETing their Wayward Ways to the world. TRY IT, not only has it worked, but you'll feel much better...
Selected products but when I saw the atronomical shipping charges $30 for a $2 dollar purchase, I abandoned and bought elsewhere. Imagine my surprise when the goods arrived weeks later - including the £33.99 shipping charge! Now, I know I never completed the buying process but what can I do??
My deoderant took almost 3 weeks to deliver! They ship UPS but it sat at my post office for 2 weeks. I called them and they blew me off. They also said it's normal for it to go to the post office. Why? I'm home all day, it's not like it was attempted to even be delivered to my address. Then they stopped emailing me back.
Recently purchased a product from this company through amazon, and when it arrived it was damaged and when I sent them pictures of the damage they refused to take the product back and offered to send me 5.00 of my money back....I had to get in touch with the company who made the product and they replaced it at no cost to me....then I did a survey with amazon on my purchase and rated them awful and they then refused to give me the 5.00 unless I changed my review....they are the absolute worst company on the internet...and they must be from another country because their spelling on their emails is like a first grader, lots of misspellings and then to threaten me that they will not give me back my money unless I give them a better review...I hope God destroys everything that they have!!!!! They are the worst business I have EVER dealt with and I will tell anybody that will listen to me; DO NOT USE AMERICARX FOR ANYTHING...THEY ARE A SCAM....A FRAUD....AND ARE NOT IN AMERICA!!!!!!!

No one is ever available for live chat.
Merchant speaks very broken English.
Merchant has changed name to myotcstore.com in an effort to distance themselves for all of the negative reviews of Americarx.com
The website is very slow and stalls on any secure pages. There is no way to know if your order has processed, as it will not continue to the "confirmation" pages.
Phone service is not from the US, and I suspect the website is also managed overseas. With the risk of double billing and order failures, I will not order from them again.
Was sent wrong product I called and was told they did not have product that I ordered and they would mail me a return shipping label. Never recieved. Called again and was told they would email me a return label. Never recieved. Called three more times and could not reach anyone. Left message on final call. No responce. Had to dispute charge with credit card company and credit card company told me that AmericanRX company refused to refund so there is nothing they can do. No one at this company I spoke with speaks English as first language.
multiple billings, no confirmation. Received a call from my credit card company the next day saying my card showed fraudulent charges. had to call americarx and speak to someone whose first language is not english - was a painful call.

They promised me that they would send full quantity of my order within two weeks.
It has taken about a month, but I didn`t receive my full order yet!
Rather, I received wrong items that I never ordered! I asked, and they replied that you should return the wrong items in order to receive refund (OMG refund?? for what?). I asked "who pay for the shipping for the return?" They replied "YOU." What???????????
I was totally outraged, and yelled to them: "Who ask you to charge my money without my permission? You guys should send my entire order first!" They should request me that they will send returning label, and request me to return the wrong products, using the label.
They are stressful! making me to waste my time. Horrible! Horrible! again HORRIBLE!
As of 9/22/2010, this is not yet resolved. AmericaRX, seller of this item, placed the wrong photograph of this product (it is now a different image). It took many months for them to give us a shipping label to return the item and they have not given us a refund. Amazon is not helping us since they said the date is passed the period where they can assist us even though we've called the number multiple times and made many notations on our account. AmericaRX asked us to "hold on" and "not return our item", they gave us an odd $6 refund, which makes no sense...come to find out, they did this so that the period passed where we could not make a comment on the Seller Feedback. Please spare yourself the pain and pay a few extra dollars to a more honest vendor.

I have not heard from your company since my last email on December 10, 2009. This is my follow-up email.
To re-cap, we received formula that did not match the image of the bottle on your website. This image is the product that we wanted and expected. This is a very big disappointment as we spent a lot of money on your product and shipping and had to wait a very long time just to find out that it is not the product we wanted.
Your company has already apologized and confirmed the incorrect product image and now you are asking us to pay for the shipping on the wrong product that you sent us. This is wrong and unfair.
We have requested that Amazon re-open the A-Z Claim. Before that claim is closed, we will need a FULL REFUND to our account.
We DO NOT UNDERSTAND WHY WE WERE GIVEN A SIX DOLLAR ($6) CREDIT on our Amazon.com account when we should be receiving a FULL REFUND as well as A SHIPPING LABEL for us to return these incorrect and unwanted products to you.
