Good price and fast shipping.
Was able to talk to someone quickly on the phone to determine what was the best best board for me and when ordered online item arrived quicker then I expected. Good straight forward prices and free shipping.

Great products but customer service not good.
I called on phone & left a voicemail. I also sent an E-mail with no response from either. I think you need to send an automatic confirmation when sale is completed.

Wow, you mean I got what I ordered right the FIRST TIME?
Based only on what I found on their web site, I ordered a product, fully expecting to return & reorder. Low & behold, the item arrived in short order (less than a week), expertly packed to prevent dammage during shiping, And yes, it was EXACTLY what I wanted. I installed it during tv commercials w/out stress or complications. Thank you for making what could have been a project of mammoth proportions just a blip on the radar.

The best store ever.

People who really know what you need for your pool or spa.
I have purchase from AmeriMerc in the past. They came through when others could not. I had to replace the heater in my spa. They had just what I needed and delivered on time. This may seem normal for any company, but it was an outside spa and it was January. Now you understand the desperation I was in at the time. AmeriMerc came through. Now that I am 1700 miles away, I still order from AmeriMerc for my spa supplies. The price is the best around with quality to match.

AmeriMerc always saves me money.
I have always been satisfied with their prompt service, lower prices, quality name brands, etc. Someone is always available via telephone to answer all my questions and I have found them very helpful. We are both seniors, have a limited budget and enjoying our small salt water pool is one of the very few luxuries we have. So to be able to maintain our pool for lower prices is a treasure indeed. Your service is poor
I ordered a solar cover on may 29th and as of today June 7th I STILL haven't received it.

Disappointed with service
I ordered an item on May 30th, as of today June 6th, my order still shows under processing. I have yet to receive my item and have no idea if its in transit or still not shipped. Under processing would indicate that it has not shipped, however, the order status for last years order still indicates under processing and obviously I have received it.
Update: Just rec'd tracking info from email I sent requesting information. Would have been more helpful if the website was updated correctly.

Competitive pricing and service. Simple ordering process with website
I was very happy with using AmeriMerc for my pool heater. Their site was easy to work with and their prices were very competitive. I also had the occasion to use their phone support just to be sure with the shipping dates and they were very helpful.
They had good coordination with their shipping firm (RL Carriers) and delivery was timely and professional.

Best price for item and good service
I shopped severeal sites for my pool filter. This site had best price. I purchased the filter and it also had free shipping and no "handling charge". Service was quick as I received the filter in aobut 3 - 4 days. Only issue is I could not track shipment off their website (link did not work) and only communication I received was my original receipt with no shipment notification. In any case it did arrive in timely manner

Great Prices
The solar reel we ordered came right away. I am still waiting on the
