Everyone was extremely helpful even when I was difficult at times. Stayed I constant communication so there was never any question as to what was going on. Would be 5 stars but haven’t received my cash out yet.

Very honest and informative

We called AmeriSave to ask about the terms of a HELOC. Their representative claimed he couldn't answer any questions without any of our details. Then, he generated a mortgage number and started an application. He sent us links to that application. Those links had no place to decline the loan or note that we did not accept the terms of the loan. At no time did the representative explain that by speaking to him we were starting an application. We closed the application by emailing him and telling him to delete all of our information. There was no way to end the application via the links we were sent. Do not call AmeriSave, they have extremely high closing costs, interest rates and very shady practices for looping people in. Their positive reviews are likely fake. Start with your credit union, you may be able to open a HELOC free of charge.

Very easy transaction. Diane in processing was awesome and communicated well. While AI tried to make things easy, it did lead to some redundancy, but, again, the process was quite easy and was able to close in under a month.

I had applied for a home equity loan in August 2026. I was able to call to ask questions and got timely answers. It was easy and not too difficult dealing with all the online information I needed to send to them. David Sneider and Robert Hanus were very helpful in completing the process, from initial application to closing loan.

Zach and Jennifer were wonderful and extremely helpful with all of the required documentation and steps needed for a relatively smooth closing.

Would have been higher, but I was told the money would be in my account on September 8th and today is the 10th and I haven't heard what the hold up is.
