I ordered two pairs of boots on Jan 18th. I had them sent to a friend who was out of the country, and when she returned two weeks later she informed me that no boots were in the box and that there was red lingerie and some other clothing items. I contacted AmiClubwear and they sent me a shipping label to return the items, which was good of them. The person I sent them to left the country again (shes a traveller) and couldnt get t return the items until 3 weeks later. SHe returned them and I heard nothing from Amiclubwear about what the nest step would be. I called them and they said at that point that they had shipped it and they would email me the tracking number (which i shouldnt have to call to get). WHen they sent the items again , it was March 13th that they were received and again only one of the two boots I ordered arrived! I called quite upset that they could mess up a simple order TWICE and I demanded a refund of my money for one of the boots. The person I called said that I could not get a refund unless I took a picture of the items I received. Now this is ridiculous because it is astounding that they would not have a system that tracks items that they send out to customers What if she didnt have a camera? Since my friend travelled alot I didnt think she would have the time to take a picture and I would have to wait longer for a refund when it has already been 2 months !
She took the picture and I emialed it to Amiclubwear and the next day I got my refund. Overall the service I received was terrible and I would not order from them ever again.

I ordered from AMI for a couple years a long time ago. Not surprisingly, after a long absence from online ordering (aka 4 years), my account was deleted, but I wasn't worried. I'd always received quality items that looked like the pictures on the site. As I was going through my email and wondering what kind of dress to get for my little sister's sweet 16, I saw an ad for AMI for 40% off. I decided to order from them again. I found a few items that I liked, mainly a lovely teal dress and some sexy pleather like pants. I was nervous that I wouldn't receive the items in time, so I checked their shipping FAQ to see how long it took for them to ship, since my sister's party was fast approaching. Luckily it said 4-10 days, which was on the cusp, but I felt I could relax.
Unfortunately, it was 2 weeks before I received them. Which isn't horrible, I was just disappointed that the site had been wrong and that I hadn't been able to wear the dress to my sister's birthday. But one the quality, except for the shoes, was horrible. The pants turned out to be hardly anything more than tights, the pink "bandage" dress was just that... unyielding fabric bandages that was most definitely not the dress pictured. It gave absolutely no body hugging... I was very disappointed. But the teal party dress I'd ordered was the worst. It was far too long; even with five inch heels it dragged on the ground and I'm 5'5", so it's not like I was too short. It was snagged all up and down, there were threads sticking up everywhere, and even had a hole in the side. I'm a crafty person, so I just got some teal thread and patched the hole up and hemmed it myself, but I was still very disappointed. Especially since I've always had a lot of trust invested with AMI.
Now, I just ordered two more outfits and all I can say is I really hope these items are better. It seems like it's shipping a whole lot faster, except one item hasn't shipped with the rest and that makes me nervous. I still have faith in you AMI, but this next one is a make or break. Please don't disappoint!
I really enjoyed shopping on this website. There are so many amazingly cute items to look at and purchase. I was highly surprised at how fast I received my items after purchasing. I will be recommending this website to my friends for years to come.
Both pairs of my boots I purchased was very damn sexy, I'm in love with this website!! Have to admit I was very sceptical to purchase from Ami because I read a ton of horrible reviews about poor service, wrong items shipped etc. But my experience was the complete opposite of any of that, I thinks this is a company that is trying it's hardest to turn all of that around! Guess what America...that's not easy to do but at least they are making a very impressive attempt! I digress...they have so many different styles of clothing, shoes, accesories, etc etc to fit anyone's style. Thanks AMI, you now have a new Avid shopper. Stop reading this & go check em out for your selves & buy something nice, because I'm sure you deserve it! Toodles....be always blessed!!

I would like to say a huge thank you to Duke Vien in resolving a concern for a recent Rma return and a new order that I tried to complete when a credit should have been applied previously to my account.
After several calls to the company including a call back to a supervisor, I was lucky to talk to Duke who resolved my concerns in a matter of a few minutes where others has not offered any solutions or offered any alternative options.
As a long standing customer who has placed many orders (now on my 27th) Duke optimized the meaning of customer experience. He listened to my concerns, was empathetic and looked "outside the box " to ensure that a long standing customer remained as a happy customer.

I have been using it since like always. I do believe they started out on eBay and I have been a customer since. The products are great for the price you pay- I still have some shoes I bought from them in 2010. They always have deals on like 30% off your order and as a Canadian consumer this is great so i don't fuss too much when I have to pay duties.
As for the person that said they don't do refunds, that is not true- I have returned stuff from Canada and I always get a refund within a week of them receiving the item or if you bought something and it wasn't available, they will send you an email in a couple of days telling you that a refund is going to be issued.
They always answer all my emails within 3 days (not the automated receipt messages) even if its something silly like "will you be restocking this shoe".
My box was missing a pair of shoes when I received it. I called and was told that I would be refunded for the price of the shoes and that there was going to be a case opened up with the carrier. As far as I know I never received the refund and I never heard anything back about the carrier.

I adore Amiclubwear.com! I can have the style I want at an affordable price range without breaking my wallet. I have a bit of a heels addiction but financially it's ok because of their pricing. I get a lot of my dresses, costumes and all of my swimwear from Amiclubwear as well! Bottom line is, I would and do recommend Amiclubwear to everyone I know. Family, Friends, Co-workers, strangers that ask where I got my outfit from because if you want style without spending your whole pay check then it's the right fit for you. They even have loads of sales that are extremely helpful to me and 'every other working woman in this economy'. The name sort of fools you though. When I tell people they think it's only clubwear but it's way more then that! It's everyday style with affordable stamped to perfection.
I would not recommend to a friend because of bad support, you ask question and no answer, I just order 3 things this month of April and two of my order did not send. I send them an email to ask why they did not send the two dresses I order, no explanation.
Many times when I receive my order something is not right.
I might get a roughly finished shoes
my orders will not complete while my money is being taken
I'll have to dispute and instead of refunding my money to my credit card they will give me store credit which is not acceptable
when calls are made to you I will be on hold for almost one hour
The product that I ordered for is different from what was advertised
sometimes the sizes will be small as though my feet has grown one size bigger when other shoes of same size fits well.
The problems are so many that I don't have the desire to continue buying from you
i've purchased two sneaker wedges from ami club wear and was VERY disappointed! the shoes were made out foam and had a stench of burnt rubber. one of the pairs they sent me was already worn and had dirt on the sole. it seemed like they've tried cleaning it and it also had a white stain on the side of the shoe. i've emailed them about wanting a refund on the worn pair but no response so i said screw it and wore them. I've tested both shoes out and within 4 hours of wearing them, the sole started to separate from the shoe. this is my first and will be my last time ordering anything from them again and will spread the word. i'll stick to buying shoes from charlotte russe and tj max, etc. save yourself some time and your money. dont make the same mistake as me. =(

As a former customer, I began shopping with AMIClubwear a few years ago with $65.00 worth of credit tied up in my account (since this company doesn't offer refunds) from a return of a few items I was unsatisfied with. Which, I was fine with because I understand that every company has their own special return/exchange policy. I also consider myself a very reasonable person and understand how a business works. Even Forever 21 has a no-refund, exchange or credit policy only (which I worked for as Head Cashier.)
What I don't like though with this particular online company is their poor customer service. I found it very difficult to get through or speak to someone, ANYONE about my order. With much effort, time, and patience I was able to eventually get through to someone over the phone.
Upon addressing my issue, their customer service made it seem as though it was MY fault for making the returns. And that if I wanted to use my credit to shop for additional items, that I could choose to do so. Well, why wouldn't I? After all, it's the only solution there was to get my money's worth.
BUT, here's the catch-- in order for me (or any other customer) to be able to do so, you're required to re-enter your credit card information upon making new purchases, rather than being able to use the credit I had tied up in my account. Which means, my card will become recharged for the new items and the credit I wanted to use will continue to remain idle. Which means, I'll never actually get to use up that credit.
After much trouble & frustration this company had put me through, all I wanted to do, by this time, was to use my credit, not have any more of my money or future money tied up with them.
This company, while it is an actual company in which you can shop & order things online-- uses underhanded scamming technique by using their no refunds, exchange only policy to keep their existing customers coming back to shop for more. They had no intentions on allowing me to use my credits accumulated from my returned items. Yes, there policy says no refunds, exchanges/credit only policy and I understand that. But there was no actual option in their check-out system for anyone to be able to do so, which was my reason for getting in touch with their customer service.
And the girl in their customer service department made it clear to me that the only way to make my purchases was to re-enter my credit card information. She did not address my concern directly or give me a solution in how to go about using my credits. And kept on telling me that they didn't offer refunds. I wasn't trying to get a refund, all I wanted to do was use my remaining credit, which was my money that was tied up in my account from my previous returns.
As frustrated as this sounds, this is how it will be. You won't get anywhere with them.
If you do get to speak to a member of their customer service, be prepared to receive indirect or vague answers to your issues. They may also even use a sly way of turning the conversation around on you making you feel as though it's your fault. And will dodge or go around in circles with their conversation with you or the problem/question at-hand.
I was very disappointed & baffled about how they could make it seem as though it's my fault for returning items that is clearly theirs. Because of their poor customer service alone, I will never shop with this company ever again. My shopping experience with them was so bad that it's almost worth not getting back my $65 so that I will never have to deal with this company ever again.
And to this day, even if I wanted to, I couldn't-- because I tried logging into my account and it no longer exists. Surprise, surprise! And I can no longer use my credit of $65 I had tied, nor will they offer me a cash refund or gift card for the amount.
Due to this underhanded method of theirs is the reason why I consider this company a scam to shop with.
The photos on their website is also very washed out, giving you the wrong impression of the item when received. I wouldn't be surprised if a lot of their customers have been deceived.
Hope no one else gets scammed! That's all I have to say.

I recently ordered a pair of shoes from this company. They arrived on time and were the perfect color that I needed. However, by my own mistake, I got the wrong size. After calling the company, I received great advice from Duke (the assistant who answered the call) and was relieved to know I had more options to choose from when returning the shoes and such.
Overall a great site, very user friendly, and the prices are amazing.
Soo i placed my order for a pair of really cute pumps but my order had been processing for 3days.. at this point i got worried & emailed them. They responded right away but didn't answer my question. Soo i started looking up reviews & surprisingly there are a lot of bad reviews for this website.. & it worried me. Soo i called them (it took 15mins for any1 to pik up the phone but they did answer) & asked why my order was still processing 3 days later & the lady on the phone told me it takes 2-3 business days for ur order to process. The same nite my order said complete & was being shipped out. My pumps arrived 10days after i ordered them & look exactly like the pic, actually prettier. A little bigger than i imagined tho. They arrived right on time bcuz my birthday is this weekend & i will be def be rocking them. After getting all worked up over some of the reviews i seen it was pointless. I got wat i paid for. My only issue is i forgot to put the code in for 30% off & they didn't give it to me.. Soo if u want the discount make sure u type in the code. Other than that my experience thru them was great & i will def order from them again.
Items are by no means the greatest quality but for those items that won't be used all the time at a great price AMI is the place to go. Great customer service, any time I needed to return an item or had an issue AMI helped out in anyway they could

I was very displeased with amiclubwear. They have super cute clothes and shoes, but it's not worth it for me to buy from them again. I ordered shoes, that upon arrival the soles were torn out. Not only did I have to pay to get them shipped to me, I had to pay to ship them back, and then pay again to ship me another pair. You also don't get your back, only store credit. Which you have to call to get an approval to send your items back. It's a frustrating process. Quite annoying actually. With online shopping It's hard to say how things will fit you especially when ordering online, so why would you make your customers pay. All in all, they will not be getting anymore business from me. If anyone asks for my opinion about them or if they should shop with them, I will say no, not even worth it.

Ive ordered a few pairs of shoes from this site. Its a 50/50 chance of you being satisfied. The first order went through with out a problem. The second, not so smooth, They shipped me the wrong shoes, then told me my correct shoes were on the way, 2 weeks later and 1 1/2 hours on hold I found out they never shipped my correct shoes because they were not in stock, but I was never informed. They issued me a refund. I ordered another pair they came fine. Then my last order came, I put them away because it was winter and they were a spring shoe. Finally its warm enough to wear them and I put my foot in the shoe and there is a large nail/staple sticking out the shoe inside that cut my toe...and all I got was a refund. They do have some really nice shoes though,
I ordered a size 8.5 and these slip on shoes were closer to a 9.5. By the time I got them and tried them on I was in the process of moving and didn't get a chance to return to exchange them for another pair, so I just gave them to my sister who has size 9.5/10 feet. Wish they fit I Loved them.
At first I was hesitant to order clothes over the internet, but I lovedhow cute and affordable the clothes are. i finally ordered some dresses back in February. I'm very impressed with the quality of the clothes and i plan on making more purchases in the future.
The material was thin and see through. Not very please with my purchase. And could not get my money back. And had problem with credit. Don't plan on shopping with them anymore.

So my wife received this package from a store and it said amiclubwear I immediately assumed it was a store where women buy club clothes from so I asked her she laughed and said no silly this is my favorite store to buy the most awesome heels and boots from at a lovely price and it will not break your pockets. And my wife loves shoes. ;-)
I love all of the shoes I have received. They all fit well and look even better on. I usually receive my orders reasonably fast. My only complaint is on my last two orders, I had actually ordered some lingerie as well and never received them. I was told when I contacted customer support that the items were not available and I was refunded the money I had paid. I was just wondering why they waited for me to contact them rather than contact me first to let me know this. It made me feel like I would not have been refunded if I would not have contacted them.
Short story: I received the wrong order, my shipping time was awful, I was never told why my order took so long to ship in the first place, I found it completely unacceptable that customer service did not reply back to me within given time frames and never replied with more than generic messages, I was shocked that I wasn't offered any sort of credit or discount for all the trouble their mismanagement and miscommunication caused, and I think it says a lot about a company that charging you only takes 2 days, but refunding me is now taking 2 and a half weeks (and still ongoing).
Long story: Placed my order on 02/17 and I was charged on 02/19. Their FAQ stated that after processing, ground shipping takes 4-5 business days. 7 business days later on 02/28 I not only had not received my package, but had also not received any tracking information. I emailed customer service on 02/28 and received an automatic reply that someone would contact me within 2 business days. On 03/04 a rep replied to my inquiry but provided me with no information, the email just stated they would forward my information to the shipping department and within another 48 hours I would receive an update. At the end of the 48 hour time frame they had given me, I had not received any information so I emailed customer service again on 03/06. The next day, I finally received an automated message with my tracking information and found out my package didn't even ship until 03/07, 14 business days after the order had been placed! They made no effort to upgrade my shipping or offer anything more than a generic apology. I also didn't receive a response to my second email to customer service until 03/13 – 5 business days after I emailed them. They never even bothered to tell me why it took so long to ship in the first place.
I was grateful to finally receive my order on 03/13...until I opened the box and realized they sent me the completely wrong order. I had ordered a pair of gloves, stockings, boots, and a top, but received 3 pairs of shoes instead. I called their customer service number (no way I was going to wait 5 business days again for a reply via email) and was told I had two options 1) Ship the items back and then they would ship my correct order, or 2) Ship the items back and then they would refund my money. I wasn't offered a discount, free shipping, a shipping upgrade, or anything else in compensation for my trouble. Of course I chose the refund, because there was no way I was going to wait another few weeks and risk them sending me the wrong order again.
I mailed the package back to them on 03/15 and via the tracking information, I knew they received it on 03/22. 5 business days later I had not received my refund so I called customer service again on 03/29 and was told that processing takes 7-10 business days and I would receive an email confirmation when my refund was processed. On 04/08, 11 business days after they received my return, I finally received a refund confirmation email, but when I checked my bank account, no refund was shown! I will be calling customer service again if my refund still isn't in my account by the end of this week. I think it's completely understandable why I will not be purchasing from them in the future and will have no issues with advising others to do the same. Absolutely appalling.
Update 4/10: I have finally received my refund. After almost 2 months of bad customer service, I am glad to finally be done dealing with this company.
Update 4/29: It has been 19 days since somebody replied to my review on here and said a manager would contact me and I have not received a phone call or an email from anyone at this company. I most definitely do not appreciate being lied to on top of everything else they put me through. What a complete joke.

I placed an order, one of several, probably last year and I didn't receive a pair of shoes and wrote Amiclubwear with no response. My account was charged and I never received shoes or credit.
Don't give them your money! Shop else where!
Amiclubwear prices are good but the clothes looks way different from the pictures once you receive it. And the flats don't last long I used mine 5 times and I couldn't use them again because the material they were made with suck they came apart.
not everybody wants their shoe boxes so sometimes when people order more than one sheo instead of having them sit in their own individual shoe boxes maybe give the buyer an option to put them all in one box so when it gets to Canada the shipping fee is much less but I notice was I order a bunch of shoes and it came in individual boxes and I have to pay more because the size of the box that it came in is what the price to me off which I wasn't so happy because book she was going to go on in one big box and maybe box much smaller
