We paid a visit to the Derbion store, we had an amazing Girl Called Faith, she went beyond to help us, I would recommend paying a visit to this store and asking for Faith.

Team at Bluewater went above and beyond. Holly was a huge help in getting me the correct sizes and getting items that look and fit the best!

Heather has helped me find the perfect bra fit. She immediately knew what size I should go for and true enough, it was the right fit! She was helpful also in providing different sizes for me to check out and checked if i was comfortable enough on it.

It was a so helpful to be assisted by Carly at the Soho branch. I was looking for a gift and there were no sizes in stock nor the item I came to search instead I was advised and throughout looked after to order via instore online purchase. It goes to say a helping hand didn't make me leave empty handed.

Visited Ann Summers in Braehead and Melody was very helpful with my bra fitting! She also helped me find suitable bras like bras that were non-padded in which I liked the best. Overall, I had a great experience and I was satisfied with the service, thank you!

I visited the Mansfield branch today & Annie was extremely helpful! I haven’t worn a bra in years… & didn’t even know where to start! She measured me & thoroughly made sure I knew what size I am, and made me aware this could vary depending on the bra. She was very friendly and approachable & this helped greatly seeing me in a vulnerable position - she truly is an asset to the company & I can’t thank her enough for all her help :-)

Chloe was such a helpful member of staff. She was super honest and open and kind through the whole experience. Despite Ann Summers not offering my size, she gave me additional information in where I could look instead. She made me feel very comfortable!
