Provide excellent information and choices on annuities, are very responsive and attentive to customer needs, and provide advice if needed. Will be a five star review, if they could add online access to their summary to clients, ensure cost basis is reflected in 1035 exchanges, and provide more frequent update on status of annuities. Perhaps having a customer portal with auto tracking system could be a solution.

Annuity products are powerful tools but navigation of the system is key to avoid problems. He explains, keeps things on track and always follows up. He is like GPS on a road trip. Makes it easy to do business! He is also strong partner sharing ideas, alternatives and solutions. He is much better then other providers that I have delt with.
