Stay away from this company - Its called FLD tech now, horrible!
Extremely poor experience with FLD-Tech after their takeover of API Tech.
Their after-sales and technical support are a complete disaster.
Phones are never answered, even by staff who claim to be reachable.
Sales and support communication is only via email, which is slow and inefficient.
It took me over three weeks to get a simple support ticket answered — and even then, no real solution was provided.
FLD-Tech also refuses to honor the 2-year warranty given by API Tech, leaving existing customers completely abandoned and directing them elsewhere for help.
The ATWeb software often fails or malfunctions, and technical assistance is painfully slow.
For a company calling itself “international,” it’s shocking how few staff members speak English.
After the takeover, one would expect better service — instead, things have become worse than ever.
Highly disappointing and unprofessional company.
