Extremely disappointing experience with AR-Pay.
I purchased a gift card through AR-Pay, only to find out that the card was not actually available. Despite this, the money was deducted from my account, and I am still waiting for my money to be refunded.
What made the situation even worse was their terrible communication and extremely poor customer support. The support team failed to properly answer my questions and instead seemed more interested in shifting the blame to my bank rather than taking responsibility and resolving the issue.
I was also given incorrect information regarding the transaction number and serial number, which only made the situation more confusing and frustrating.
When a company takes your money for a product that isn't available, the bare minimum is to communicate clearly, provide accurate information, and process the refund promptly. Unfortunately, I experienced none of that.
Overall, a very frustrating and disappointing experience. I would not recommend AR-Pay to anyone based on my experience.

Banks usually process the reversal within 72 hours, although the exact timing depends on your bank.
