Total scam. Premium prices for really bad quality. The said you can get full refund but not is discounted/offer items mark like Final sale, but always everything in there website is on sale all the time. I sent photos and claimed a refund or store credit because the quality show in photos and videos did not along with what I received, and they said there was nothing wrong with the dress. The dress seems were awful, the fabric was super thin, and the design was also not good. Honestly I paid $100 for something that I could have gotten from Shein for less than $20. Of course I couldn't get my money back. Don't be like me. Do not shop here.

It only shows when you go directly to the returns policy that items on sale cannot be returned absolute scam. I will be taking this further to trading standards

Faulty dress and extremely disappointing customer service

I purchased the ARIA | Muse Gown (Order #53733) from Aria Belle, and unfortunately, my experience has been extremely disappointing.

The dress was more gold than it appeared in the photographs, so it did not match the other bridesmaid dresses I had purchased. It was also shorter than expected, and I was unhappy with how it fitted.

However, the biggest issue was that the left strap detached from the top of the dress the first time I tried it on. I contacted Aria Belle and provided photographs. I explained that the dress had only been tried on once to assess the fit, as you would reasonably expect when purchasing clothing online.

Despite this, customer service initially suggested that the strap had broken “after use”. I clarified that I had not worn the dress to an event or used it — I had simply tried it on.

Their final response was that they could not confirm a manufacturing defect and therefore would not accept the return or issue a refund because the item was a final sale.

What I find particularly disappointing is that their own refund policy states that final-sale items that are faulty or not as described are handled under applicable consumer law. Yet, when I raised the broken strap, I was simply told that they could not confirm a defect.

I understand that sale items may have different return conditions. However, a sale item should not be an excuse to dismiss a genuine quality concern.

I had hoped for a straightforward resolution, but instead I have had to repeatedly explain that trying on a dress is not the same as wearing it, and that the strap failed during that process.

The dress itself was disappointing, but the way the return was handled was even more so. I expected better customer service and a more reasonable approach to a dress that had a strap detach during its first try-on.

I would not recommend Aria Belle based on my experience.

Tried to ask for a refund as dress was far too big and not as described. They have declined. Contacted bank and also have been advised to contact trading standards. Shocking customer service. All in original packaging, I just wanted to return for a refund.

I ordered a lingerie set from Aria Belle and one of the straps detached as soon as I took the item out of the bag and held it up. I had not even tried it on. The other strap also looked poorly attached, so the item appeared defective immediately.

Their website prominently advertises a 30-day money-back guarantee, which gave me confidence that any problem would be handled fairly. Instead, when I contacted them, I was offered only 15% back, then 25%, and was told I would have to return the defective item to China at my own expense.

They also suggested that the strap had been damaged by “pulling.” In reality, I had not even tried the item on. The strap detached as soon as I took the set out of the bag and simply held it up. I found it very disappointing that, rather than acknowledging what appeared to be a manufacturing defect, their response seemed to place the responsibility on me.

They later tried to argue that the item was not refundable because it was bought during a promotion - despite the issue being a defect, not a change of mind.

What I find especially concerning is that the website displays five green stars and “75,000+ satisfied customers,” which makes the store appear highly established and trustworthy. That claim contributed to my confidence in buying, yet I have not been able to find any clear independent source explaining where that figure comes from.

I have now had to escalate the matter through my card provider because Aria Belle would not provide the full refund I expected based on its own advertised policies.

My advice: do not rely on the reassuring marketing on the website. Read independent reviews first and be very cautious about the advertised refund guarantee.

Order an express deliver on a dress for a family occasion had noted wrong door number for delivery immediately and was assured I would get this 7 days after the even passed no dress marked as delivered to sercure location not with any neighbours and been told to chase the delivery myself with no refund poor service and poor customer care

They will not accept ANY returns. A dress which didn’t fit (weird sizing) after trying on once. Because it was discounted, this is final sale in their small print returns.
However, 2-3 times under add to cart and later down the page it continually reads ‘hassle-free’ returns.
It’s hassle-free for them as there are none.
Do not waste your money on them and their false ‘75000+’ 5* reviews. Especially as you can’t review on their actual page.

They are also terrible at getting back in touch, took 10 days to reply the copy and pasted no return reply they clearly send to many.

Should be 0 stars, not worthy of 1.

I was extremely disappointed with my experience purchasing from Aria Belle. I ordered a dress because it was advertised as a beautiful deep chocolate brown. Unfortunately, the dress I received was a completely different colour—a much lighter reddish/mauve-brown.

I contacted customer service and provided comparison photos showing the difference between the advertised product and the item I received. Rather than addressing the obvious colour difference, I received the same generic response twice, stating that colour variations can occur due to lighting and that the dress was a final sale item.

I understand that minor colour differences can happen, but this was not a slight variation. I bought this dress specifically for my daughter's ball and now have to either pay to have it professionally dyed or purchase another gown altogether.

I was disappointed that the company stood by its refund policy instead of considering the circumstances. I would encourage anyone purchasing from this store to be aware that the colour of the item you receive may differ significantly from the website photos, particularly if you're buying a final sale item.

The main reason for my disappointment is not that the company has a “Final Sale” policy. Companies are free to set their own return policies. My issue is that such an important restriction was not clearly displayed on the product page before I completed my purchase.

Instead, the product page prominently advertised a “30-Day Money-Back Guarantee,” which naturally gave me the impression that I would be able to return the dress if it was unsuitable. Only after contacting customer support did I discover that discounted items cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged.

As a result, I lost my money on a dress that I cannot wear because this important restriction was not clearly communicated on the product page before purchase. If an item is truly a final sale item, this should be clearly and prominently displayed directly on the product page, next to the price or the “Add to Cart” button, not hidden within the website’s return policy.

As an online shopper, I do not expect to search through an entire website’s policies before buying a single dress. Customers should be able to make an informed decision based on the information clearly presented on the product page.

I contacted customer support several times, explained my concerns politely, and asked them to review my case. Unfortunately, I only received repeated references to their policy, with no flexibility, no exception, and not even the offer of store credit.

This experience has left me very disappointed. I will not shop from Aria Belle again, and I hope they improve the transparency of their website so future customers know exactly what they are agreeing to before placing an order.

Just like the hundreds of other reviews on here they refuse to accept a refund on the awful item I ordered. Nothing like the photos dress is completely unwearable and I’m out of pocket nearly £40. Tried to complain the item is faulty as it as not as described on the website but they keep sending me the same email responses. Will be contacting my back to see if I can get a claim back. Terrible scam website fuming!

Order never delivered. Almost two months later, I still have no refund. Customer service keeps sending the responsibility back to the carrier instead of resolving the issue. I cannot recommend this store.

I purchased a dress for $72, from a live summer sale. The item was poor quality, a different shade to the coffee colour it mentioned. I selected a size Xl and it came with the size tag clipped off, I personally measured the item and specifications indicated a small/ medium size. The zipper was 29cm and was not functional to open up to fit your hips.
Customer service was appalling and unhelpful, no offer of exchange or accountability for providing a poor item.
They are thieves.

This is the first negative review I have ever written, but I honestly hope it saves someone else from wasting their money.

Ariabelle are scammers. They advertise their products using what appear to be stolen photos, and the dress I received is nothing like what was advertised. The quality is absolutely horrendous and nowhere near worth the price.

When I tried to return the dress, they refused my request, claiming it was a sale item. At no point during the purchase was this made clear. I have spent so much time going back and forth with their customer service trying to get a refund, but it has been completely pointless. They simply refuse to take responsibility.

I would strongly advise anyone considering buying from this company to shop elsewhere. Based on my experience, the products are misleading, the quality is extremely poor, and their customer service is unwilling to resolve legitimate issues.
