Terrible Experience!

I ordered a desktop PC from Ascendtech. They shipped it 10 days later and the computer would not power on...Okay, no big deal, I'm sure they'll just send me one that actually turns on. They made ME pay to ship it back to them! What kind of company ships you a broken product and then makes the customer pay to return it?! Ascendtech, that's who. I will never do business with Ascendtech again...Buyer beware...

Good Company

I initially found the product I was looking for with a Google search. I called the store via phone for a couple of question and receive courteous help. The checkout was logical and quick with a minimum of keystrokes and clicks--something that is not true for all online merchants.

Horrible

i purchased 16 full computers from them not 1 works properly and the customer service is horrible dealt with Val worst experience ever they are not worth your time or money i hope they go out of business

Very Slow Boat from Some Place Far Far Away

While there prices are in line with other on-line retailers, that 2-5 days only applies to RUSH orders. The rest of us had best not actually want our product before the next lunar event. I ordered on the 9th, today is the 17th and their Web site says my order STILL hasn't shipped. When I order from Tiger I get roughly the same prices and I get my order the next day.

Some items are almost IMPOSSIBLE to find anywhere else, but I found them here that were NEW OEM, discontinued by manufacturer. Sometimes Old IS better than NEW. Great computer at a good price

It is running the latest games easily and I expect it to do so for around 4 or 5 years. I built my last pc. I decided to go here because building your own can be a real pain when you have to trouble shoot. Seems like the price is great on the hardware. The wires were nicely routed and neat so the machine looks great with a window in the case. Very satisfied with this build.

Surpassed my expectation

This company's service and product has surpassed my expectation from online vendors. The order process is easy, and the tracking system keeps the customer on top of the status related to the order. In my case, I was notified when the hard drive I wanted has been back-ordered, and the vendor offered slight discount to upgrade to a bigger model. On top of that, they even upgraded my shipping method. My system has been running smoothly since I got it, and I will definitely recommend this company to anyone looking to buy a custom built PC.

Happy Customer

Received drive in original box within three days, despite using free delivery. System was exactly as promised, and worked out just the way I had planned. Drive comes with backup software on it, which I didn't need, but it's a nice plus. The case is really elegant. I wasn't that concerned with anything but the quality of the drive itself, but if I ever need an external in an environment where it is exposed, this one will do nicely. Quick receipt, good product. I will keep this site and this item in mind and will order it again if I need one.
