I cannot believe how great the service is. I ordered a dress for graduation and not only do I love it, the dress got here on the exact date that they said it would even though I live all the way in Barbados in the Caribbean. I will definitely use this site again. Also, if unsure about sizing, measure yourself (can be easily done with a belt and a ruler if you do not have a measuring tape) as their size guide runs true to your body. Overall, great service,beautiful designs and even better prices.

Great products - great customer service

I have now ordered quite many things on Asos and I'm not dissapointed. Like with every other webshop, theres a chance of the item not looking the same way in the picture, as in real life, but thats not their fault. Their products have a good price, and their customer service is great. I bought a pair of shoes there, that were faulty. I emailed a quick short mail saying this, and within two hours the customer service had ordered a new pair of shoes for me (which arrived very fast), gave me a discount on my next buy and offered to pay the postage fee if I sent the old shoes back. Thats an amazing customer service.

Whenever I need a trendy look with less effort and in short time, ASOS is my solution. Their web shop is mesmerizing. It offers a great selection of clothing in a wide range of pricing. The delivery from UK is quick. What makes them unique is their catwalk, personal stylist service and items match-making to complete the look.
Only once the pre-Christmas delivery failed followed up with a full refund and a complimentary voucher. Will come again!

I have bought clothes from asos so many times, and I have always been satisfied. Great prices and so the quality. Once they sent me a wrong item, then I wrote to them - 3 days later the right item was in my hands. That is great service..

LOVE LOVE LOVE ASOS

I have bought so many clothes of this website and never have experienced anything less than great. The quality is great and though the prices can be high, there is also always a huge range of cheaper clothes on sale. My purchases have always come earlier than the expected date and the free shipping is a big bonus. My fav online shopping website. I especially love their jeans. Totally recommend asos to everyone!!!

Asos is definitely my number one online shopping destination! I've been buying there for three years and have never had problems. Thanks to the wide range of choice and styles, nobody has the same clothes as me, which does happen in my town where there are a limited number of shops, usually popular like Zara or H&M. So I've managed to build my wardrobe through ASOS, and though it can be pricey, I go for it when there are sales on or in the outlet area. My order ALWAYS arrives in exactly 5 working days and has done for the past 3 years, so no complaints there. The saved items deadline has now been extended to 60 days so you can change your mind as many times as you want before ordering, provided the size or colour you want hasn't run out. Great originality, range, service and website, so 5 stars for ASOS from me!!!

Disappointing Service

I was so pleased when the courier delivered my dress I was relying on for Saturday night earlier that day. However, after ripping open the parcel a pair of bright coral size 14 chinos were there instead of my size 4 dress. The labels on the outer packaging were correct (my name and address) but the invoice inside was a different one. I am surprised such a silly mistake could have been made. I contacted Customer Services (through email as there isn't a number to contact) In response I just got an email they would send to anyone with an incorrect item, and a 10% off code for the next time I want to buy something, which isn't great because I'm put off buying again and it runs out next month! And I now have to go to the effort of returning someone elses package. Very disappointed with ASOS

Beginner

Well I've only ordered once from them and ordered 2 things (crop tops) and I love the fact that there's no shipping. I hate paying for shipping but one of the tops were cheap (like $8) and the quality was very poor but the other one was cheap too, cost more but still cheap and I love it, shipping time was good too though. Also they are expensive, a cute crop top was like almost $30. I'm giving it a 3 because I haven't had much experience with the site and I guess it depends on what you buy, regarding quality, and the majority of the items are very expensive.

Bad experience - no telephone numbers .

Ordered this week . I was entitled for the 2 days express delivery, which was why I ordered as need the clothes for this week end . Come to find out that despite the 2 days express delivery written when I made the payment , in the confirmation email it says otherwise over a week almost 10 days .
No US numbers to call to talk to a representative ! In other words this site SUCKS HARD ... Good luck getting in contact with them ...the tracking is nearly impossible , just says in transit with an estimated date !

I would never have bought it had I known there was no numbers to call in case of problem ! Hopefully I can cancel and get my money back minus shipping fees , Can't stand the fact that they are not keeping their end of the bargain and that you can't talk to anyone . I feel cheated ... I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS SITE AT ALL !!!!

Køb ikke hos Asos - hvis de sender dig en forkert vare får du ikke pengene tilbage

Jeg har nu i flere dage forsøgt at kommunikere med Asos omkring en vare de har sendt mig i en forkert størrelse. Jeg har sendt den tilbage, men kan ikke få alle pengene tilbage, på trods af at de har modtaget varen. Det mest absurde er at jeg bliver ved med at få et standardsvar på de nu 8 emails jeg har sendt til kundeservice. Ingen giver mig et ordenligt svar. Jeg har aldrig før oplevet så dårlig og absurd såkaldt kundeservice. Jeg har nu opgivet at få pengene tilbage. Jeg har allerede brugt alt for mange timer på sagen. Men jeg køber ALDRIG mere noget hos Asos og kan heller ikke anbefale andre at gøre det.

Best Online website out there

Asos is the best website out there! I have been buying from them two years till now and they are amazing. I have received missing items a few times ( I order a lot from them), but the customer service are quick to reply and immediately send out another and give you a 10% discount sometimes. I have been trying to find other websites like Asos, but really it is one of a kind!

Asos is ace!

I love the site the great selection and prices are second to none, my parcels always arrive early and the free shipping is just too good for words. I just received a pair of pants with a very very minor fault and sent them an email, I got a response in under half an hour advising me they had sent a new pair and no need to send the ones I have back and they also gave me a 10% off voucher. I am actually quite shocked at their level of customer service, outstanding!

Best online clothing company!

I feel I can always trust ASOS. I get my items delivered so quickly (less than a week from UK to NZ!) And they are always excellent quality. The free shipping is fantastic and their customer service is phenomenal! The only problem I ever had with them (from buying with them over 3 years many items) was recently I got sent the wrong item by accident, I emailed them and they got back to me within 5 minutes, apologizing and letting me know they had sent out a correct replacement item, and they would refund me postage costs when I sent back the original. I thought that was fantastic service!

I love ASOS particularly the market place section with all the individual buys. I have never had a problem ordering of ASOS its quick and easy and I would have no reservations about ordering. The one thing is sizing is an issue as its very hard to identify which size you would be from the different brands selling on ASOS. But overall LOVE IT.

NEVER RETURN ANYTHING

Returned 2 items to the value of £85. Been waiting an age for the refund. They claim they never received it and wanted proof of postage. After sending them proof of postage I received two more emails mentioning nothing about the postal receipt I had sent over but instead was told to wait 10 working days (having already been through this and previously established it had been 10 working days already). I then received a further email stating that as I sent the form over via my MacBook they are unable to view it (its not any kind of mac file - just a Jpeg). After disputing I've been told unless I can get this to them again using a non Apple device I won't be receiving my refund. How very decent if them. So I'm now forced to wait until I can visit a friend to email it over again as I only have a MacBook.

Absolutely ridiculous but the worst part about it has been the poor customer service and having not helped me at all the end of the email reads 'if I can help you further please get in touch' - joking right? That along with what must be generic templates as I've received the exact same email about 5 times - real personable...

Never had an issue until returning and like I say it's the poor service and lack of care that has annoyed me the most.

On trend................. in clothes and attitude

I love the way the website is set up, the clothes are great and I like the way they tell you what size the model is wearing and how tall they are. It's really helpful when deciding whether to buy regular or petite. The descriptions are always accurate. With free shipping, including returns, it's very handy when you're not quite sure which size to order, this way you can order a range of sizes and return those that do not fit, so I often order items I would not usually go for to try. My only problem is I end up keeping them :0.

Har bestilt der fra 2 gange, og har begge gange modtaget varerne en uge efter jeg bestilte. Priserne der inde er dejlig billige, og syntes varernes billeder lever helt op til den leveret varer, er ihvertfald ikke sidste gang jeg bestiller der fra, og især den gratis fragt lige gyldigt købets størrelse er meget i min smag :-)

Great products, great service

I've ordered a few times now and have always had my stuff get to me quickly and in good shape. The one time I had to return something I followed the instructions on the receipt and sent it back with the prepaid label and form. I got my refund back i a timely manner.

I will continue to shop here once or twice a month and wholeheartedly recommend them

Pretty Good

ASOS have been pretty ok for me, some of the cheaper items are v bad quality and sometimes their customer service is not good. But, on the whole the are OK. A couple of times they've cancelled things on me, but only a few times in the 6 or so years I have been using them

Very bad service

I ordered a dress from Asos about two and a half months ago. When I received the order I discovered that it was the wrong item I had received - I had received a skirt in stead of the dress i ordered. Therefore I contacted Asos which asked me to send back the received item and they would then refund my money. That is now two months ago and I have still not received my money although I have contacted them several times. After I contacted them the third time two days ago I have finally received an email saing that they have arranged the refund but I have to wait up to 10 working days more before I receive my money. I find this experience beneath contempt and will never shop at Asos again. It has costed a lot of trouble for me although it was their mistake and they have not even apologized for the mistake.

Bad Quality

I bought items from asos.com on 5 different occasions. the first order was large and only one dress matched my expectation. the quality of the materials, fabrics are so low, they looked great on the model, but what I received was so badly tailored.
I lost two orders but it wasn't their fault and they returned my money and gave me 20% discount for my next order, so I'm giving a star for that. I also think their beauty products are nice and they have a variety of products in that section, so that's another star. but again when it comes to their clothing I wouldn't buy from them ever again.

So many options, great prices, awesome web layout, quick delievery, speedy and efficient customer service, all up just a great place to buy. I find the sizing perfect. I am an AUS size 10, and they convert the sizes for me, and prices etc. My main place to shop is ASOS. Love :)

Terrible customer service, package not arrived, refused to give refund

Ordered a simple wallet through them. Got an email Sunday saying it was dispatched, but the tracking info was invalid. Tried contacting them - the only way was their online contact form - and got nothing. Tuesday I managed to get their phone number after some serious Googling (they really hide it) but their customer service person was appalling! She was unable to answer any of my questions and really was rude. After another call I found out that the courier has apparently delivered my package to a 'Secure Location' though where, no one seems to know (!) They promised to find out what was going on. A couple of hours later, still nothing so I decided I had had enough and to ask for a refund. They refused. Asked to speak to a manager - surprise surprise none available. Seems the only option is to take them to court. Utterly utterly illegal company.

Great costumer service!

I chose the express delivery option because I needed the items as soon as possible. I got a despatch email confirmation the very next morning. Great service and the free standard delivery option is a great plus!
