I am currently unhappy with Asset Chemist.
I placed an order on 25th June. Not hearing from them, I called and received an unconvincing reason, and was told that I should call back in a week. Emailed them on 5th July; no response. Today have sent a letter by recorded delivery.
It is my belief that a Company should not take a payment on an order if it cannot be delivered. If they did take the payment, the onus is on them to keep the customer informed for any difficulties to delivery and not wait to be chased for something already paid for. Asset Chemist has failed on both counts, so far.
I placed my order on the 6th feb they took payment on the 7 th and I'm still waiting for my order I've rang numerous times to be fobbed off and have recently rung twice for a refund as they didn't give me one the first time I rang I would nt order from this site again
I could not be more pleased with AssetChemist.co.uk. I am a cancer survivor from the USA and travelling abroad on emergency business. My insurance company refused me more than 30 days of my medications (which I must have) requiring me to pay nearly $2,000 out of pocket for the extra 90 days I need. I found Asset Chemist online and was a bit wary of some of the negative reviews but I checked them out thoroughly and everything seemed on the up and up so I put in my order for 5 different medications. I rang directly through to the pharmacist and Yomi helped me sort out getting my prescriptions from my USA doctors - once I faxed everything to them they approved the order and had it dispatched within 2 days. I received it within 3 days of dispatch. The meds are generic (which I expected and always get anyway) but are from highly reputable manufacturers. I saved over $1800 buying from Asset Chemist rather than my home pharmacy and I am VERY happy with the entire process.
First order was great, 2nd order still awaiting despite placing it almost 3 months ago. Don't use these guys. Customer service have told me 5 times (when I can get through) that my order has now been dispatched but it hasn't arrived in 3 months!!! They don't reply to the contact form on the website or emails either.

First time I ordered several products with the company. They sent them out in two batches as some of the items were not available.
Have ordered from them since and everything is always delivered within a couple of days, customer service has been excellent so far.
Will be continuing to use them in the future.
I don't know why it takes so long for them to ship my orders. Otherwise, their prices are fair
i always get support and help everytime i make my order either online or in the shop.The shop is opened everyday till night even on a sunday, which is a great support to the community.
I ordered an eau de cologne and the order was still in a pending state after a week. On my inqury to the customer center I was told that they would ask the dispatch departement about the order status, but there was no further answer even after my reminding email. In a phone call with the customer center I was told that the EdC is not in stock and I should wait. After another week of inactivity I asked for a refund, which was sent during the same day.
I have made an order on 11-Dec-2008 and till now 5-Jan-2009 I don't receive anything despite they charge me. I contact the customer service many times but I don't receive any response from they
They didn't send me all the items I ordered - - but they did charge me the full amount!
I have over the last 2 months tried to contact their customer service 7-8 times and only received an answer back twice saying something like: "This is the first I learn of the matter. I will make sure customer service will take action and get back to you"........and then.......nothing!!!
NEVER shop there!!!!!
