Very shitty store, I bought a dress of about 50 euros and what I got is like a 10 euro dress. Poor quality and it was shipped from China.
I advise against purchasing from these thieves and liars using nice pictures to deceive people.
My mistake was not checking this site before buying.

I do not recommend this store. The dress ordered was - as described - to be made of "soft and breathable fabric," providing comfort and a feeling of "second skin." After receiving the product, however, it turned out that the dress is made of 100% polyester, which in my opinion does not correspond to the description suggesting high quality and natural comfort.

My biggest disappointment, however, came when trying to return. The store did not want to accept the return in the standard way and instead offered only a 15% store credit or a 10% refund without having to send the product back. Only after further correspondence was I informed that I could return the goods, but at my own expense to China, even though the shipment was sent from Poland. The cost of such a return is disproportionately high in relation to the value of the product.

I have the impression that the product description misleads customers and the return procedure is difficult. Before buying, it is worth carefully checking the regulations and be aware that in the case of a complaint or return, you can be directed to ship the product abroad at your own expense.

I bought a summer dress advertised as being made of cotton with a specific cut according to the promotional photo.
However, what I received was a poor-quality dress, without pockets or ruching, and it bears no resemblance to the picture. Don't buy it, it's a scam.

On their website the products look excellent. In reality, they are nothing like the pictures shown. Ordered 2 sweaters which looked cosy and warm for the winter. What arrived was cheap and shabby tat that I won't wear because the quality is so poor. The only sensible place for these items is a charity shop. If I could give a negative instead of one star then I would have. Please do not order from this company. You have been warned.

TRUST PILOT - for your information the website for Atelier d'Helena are showing 5 star reviews supposedly from this site which as you can see do not exist.

Update: heard back from them, not even a discount offered. Trying to put off returning them as they say you do it at your own cost and has to be sent to Lithuania even though it was shipped through Yun Express which is in China. Once received can take over 1 month for refund to be processed. I doubt refund would be issued in any event but am still pursuing it.
