They are running the same exact scam that teachabag did, new name same scam. Cheep plastic, useless flashlight
Do not order from them if you DIY
Do not order from them if you DIY! I ordered a transfer case for my BMW, with control module. Installed fine on my own, but professional shop couldn't programmed it to my car either because the transfer or control module were faulty. Warranty said my car HAD to be at the shop and left there for 2-3 days (which would cost more for storage than I paid for the part). Unwilling to coordinate a day for inspection and spammed some canned response when inquiring about next steps. Now they refuse refund until THEY can check it out.
automotix scam
This place is suppose to be some high end used parts company when all actuality its some guy sitting behind a desk ordering part from a 3rd party company but yet charges high prices saying that they check the items before sending them out , thats all a load of s###

Worst customer service & lies.
Worst customer service & lies. I ordered a transfer case $588 fir the part, $300+ for shipping. Because there website was wrong my billing address had to be put in as my shipping address. I emailed about this 20 min after ordering the part at midnight. I called them as soon as they opened the next day to also inform them. They told me more or less sorry about your luck. It took me calling the courier (R&L couriers thank God for their help) & the courier calling them to get it straight. They lied & told the courier I refused to pay the fee to change my address. I was never given that option. To change the address it cost me $310. I ended up paying more for shipping than the part. Worst experience of my life. Im praying that when I receive the part its not defective

Horrible experience
Horrible experience. We bought a front seat for a Chevy Cruze, and when it arrived, one of the electrical plugs that gets inserted into the car itself was completely severed and missing. We contacted the company for a refund, as we'd bought another seat elsewhere. They wouldn't process the refund until they got their seat back. When the person came to pick up the seat, they wouldn't take it back because it was not in a box. The seat was NOT delivered to us in box.
I had to call back and wait 30 minutes to speak with someone, and I was told that they'd let the shipping company know to take it back without a box. The day that the seat was supposed to be picked up, I got a call confirming. Then, no one showed up to pick it up. That was a Friday. I called back on Monday to find out what happened, and I couldn't get ahold of anyone. I emailed and was told that they cancelled the pick up because they called and emailed and got no response.
So again I had to call and arrange the pickup. Later that week, someone came to get the seat, and again would not take it, this time because it was not on a wooden pallet, and that it was not wrapped up in plastic. It was NOT delivered to us on a pallet, and the plastic that the seat was wrapped in was thrown away.
I had enough of the runaround, so I filed a chargeback with my bank for the almost $450. Magically a week later, someone came to pick up the seat without a wooden pallet or plastic wrapped. My advice is to avoid this company.
This company is a farce
This company is a farce. After ordering a part for my vehicle on 9/1, I did receive a receipt via email or otherwise, which was the first indication that they were not legitimate. Second, the part did not arrive on the day they purported it would, so I began calling customer service. After one conversation with someone I could barely understan, they stopped answering my calls. Then I emailed customer service and got no response. The day after I reported this as fraud to my bank, they stopped answering part was left on my doorstep with no shipping label, wrapped in brown paper no box. Lastly, the part was no intact for the mechanic, with several pieces broken from it. The entire experience has been TRASH. Do not
Ordered a side mirror for my Kia
Ordered a side mirror for my Kia. Part was okay, but delivery took almost two weeks, way longer than they said. Customer service was polite, but it was frustrating. Mirror works now, but shipping’s gotta improve.

Needed a part for my old Dodge
Needed a part for my old Dodge. Their site had it, and it wasn’t crazy expensive. Arrived in good condition, works fine. Their network of yards is huge, which helped me find it. I’ll check here next time.

The missing star is really not the
The missing star is really not there fault . My lack of understanding of what it was that I actually needed and what was called what made it a bit tricky for me .
My mechanic knew exactly what was what and once I felt confident I was buying the right item, everything went smooth part works great no issues whatsoever so ever.

So far the customer service was helpful. I ordered the part but for the wrong engine size. Canceled order. Awaiting refund and ordered the correct part. Will update when have more info but so far it’s been good. Let’s hope they get my part by the date they listed. 🤞🏻

Great service. Clearly under new management
Ordered my transmission on a Monday, shipped on Tuesday and received on Friday. I ordered before looking at reviews. Clearly, they have as well and have made changes.
