Absolutely fantastic service - would highly recommend.
I bought the Maclaren Quest buggy from Babythings4u.co.uk last weekend. I looked at various other online sites - including some big high street names. Price-wise there were several sites offering the same price but what Babythings4u.co.uk had the edge on was the delivery. John Lewis were estimating delivery within 14 days. Babythings4u.co.uk had it delivered to me within 1.5 days and I was sent various emails during this time letting me know the status of my order (eg order received, item picked and packed, item despatched). Babythings4u.co.uk also had a much larger selection of colours of buggies than some of the other sites I looked at. Very very pleased with the service and will definitely be coming back here soon for a new carseat.

Easy to order, kept updated with the order via email and quick delivery.
The only thing I would say is that I was told I would receive a text notification when the delivery was expected. This did not happen and we were out when the delivery arrived. It was left with a neighbour without our consent.

Super speedy delivery and great price/product
Ordered a maclaren twin pushchair, it was delivered the next day and I was given a one hour time-slot. I was very impressed with the communication. The item was exactly as described and I'm very pleased. The maclaren twin triumph is the lightest double I have found and the seat lies nice and flat for a newborn. Perfect for the school run!

Could get the maclaren I needed John Lewis was 3 weeks to order I ordered this at 11.30 on Thursday and received my pushchair at 4pm Friday. Such fantastic service Brillant so happy thank you so much.

Quick speedy turnaround
I have used the quinny zapp before so I knew what I was buying. It really is the most compact buggy available perfect for holidays or as your toddler is getting bigger. Its just a shame that it doesnt recline and you have to purchase the basket seperate. I looked at the quinny zapp extra (that reclines) but you have to remove the seat unit before folding - too much faffing for me.
We ordered on Sunday and the buggy was with us by Wednesday at a given time slot so no complaints here. Great service!!

Product we were after was out of stock, I called shop and they were really helpful. I registered my email for when the product came in. Got email and ordered straight away. Only glitch was the price went up after the new stock arrived but still it was cheaper then anywhere else I had been researching. Delivery was fantastic with my choice of day with an hour slot. Terrific service, terrific prices and terrific communication through out. Will be back!

I ordered a buggy for my grandson from Babythings4u. Although I had trouble using my credit card on line a quick phone call soon sorted it out. The order confirmation email quickly followed and further emails updating me on the progress of my order. The next day the courier gave me a 1 hour delivery timeslot which they successfully met.
An all round good service - just how an online company should be run. If I need anything else I'll will use them again.
