It's been a year and I still haven't gotten my second corset

So, I bought a corset and it sucked. Cheaply made ... just a scaled up version of a smaller corset, not really 'made to fit' a larger woman. Okay, so maybe I screwed up. I sent the corset back less than a week later.
Now, when I originally bought the corset I was supposed to get a second corset with that order....
it never came....
ever.
When I sent corset 1 back I got an email from the company stating that they'd send corset #2 back when they sent out replacement corset #1.
....
Never.
Happened.
Now the company claims never to have gotten my first corset back and won't answer my emails except with a "we're not in the office right now" type of auto reply.
It's been a year, I mean... CAN I GET THIS RESOLVED?

Loved my costume!!!

I cant say how pleased I am with my costume purchase for my last theme event. This was for a pin up/burlesque night. I decided to go as a sexy sailor. I couldn’t have asked for better service! Marsha was there to help me with sizing and the costume came super quick. I added some of my finishing touches and was a hit of the party…and my date was very pleased…couldn’t keep his hand off of me. Everyone was asking me where I got the costume and of course I said online at baci-farfelle. I will be making some more purchases in the future for all the cute corsets she has online as well!

I just wanted to take a second to give a review on not only the company but also the customer service rep marcia. My partner and I order from lingerie companies quite frequently, but this time I really wanted a corset I could wear out to a swanky bar in Dallas. I ran across their website and had him order three items for me (they had a buy 2 get 1 free corset thing going on). Well, the package came fast, 2 days after he ordered it. The issue was that sizing was all wrong, NOT due to them, but my boyfriend had umm underestimated my size needs lol I was frantic and called them as the next day was when I needed at least one of the corsets for our date. Marcia, the lady I spoke with, calmed me down and lended up sending me the needed sizes THAT DAY, they arrived to me the day of our date, and on top of everything else the quality and sexyness of the corsets was top notch. I just want to take the time to pay it forward as with all the places I have dealt with this has been such a pleasure and really made quite the impact on us. Thank you guys and will ordering again very soon **smiles**

absolutly amazing help

I needed a plus size corset fast, as in yesterday! The owner did not have my size in stock for any of the ones that would go with my plus size burlesque outfit. I ended up chatting (ok completly complaining) on the phone with her and was venting my frustration about how hard it is to ever find an in stock item in my size on short notice. After being a doll about listening to me she got my information and told me she would call me back, she wanted to check something. Sure enouph she rang back and actually gave me the information to someone elses store in my area that was online that she had ALREADY CALLED to ensure they could ship it that day, and proceeded to give me all the info!!! I would have NEVER found this on my own, I had been looking and looking!

I give a 10 star rating because this is something above and beyond what I would have expected. I got the corset in time, and even though I now know there is another company that provides the plus size corsets, I am ordering all of my corsets and costumes from Baci & Farfalle!
