Great product, quick responsible service
After purchasing a Stokke Tripp Trapp from Back in Action for my son 4 years ago, I wanted to give them our repeat business based on the excellent customer service and responsibility demonstrated by the team in ensuring the item was set up and used correctly and safely. Second time around and although ordered online this time rather than visiting the store, they still demonstrated a level of responsibility of including the short important video prior to adding the item to the basket which you would not get from other online suppliers. As they price matched the likes of the big high street chains, I was more than happy to order through a fairly local independent. Good communication through the purchase & delivery process was also welcome.

Very good service and range
Very happy with service from Back in Action. I ordered two Tripp Trapps and they arrived promptly. The information on delivery on the web site could be a bit clearer -if you order on a Thursday night the order does not come until the Monday. Also it would be helpful to know that the new style Tripp Trapps will not work with the older style baby set, we had to order a second one. But generally very good.

Perfect Action.
Recommended Back friend by my GP who was using one himself, left the surgery and placed an order and I had received and was using it within 24 hours. It is an excellent product and I could feel the benefit of it immediately and can take it with me wherever I go.

All Stokke products on stock and super fast delivery
I was really pleased with Back in Action as they were the only website that had all Stokke products and varieties on offer and on stock, so I did not need to search any longer. They also had a special offer for the high chair I have selected which made them cheaper as other companies. Delivery was super fast and all arrived safely at my home.

No Instructions
Have since seen this product elsewhere since my purchase and realize that it needs a pump. There was no leaflet whatsoever in the box. Prompt service though.

Needed to buy a high chair for our daughter and wanted the Tripp Trapp chair by Stokke. Its quite and expensive purchase with all the add-ons you need so we shopped around for the best price. Back In Action wasn't the cheapest site we found, but they had all the colours and patterns we wanted (which other sites didn't), and the free next day delivery appealed to us. Quality Product at Competitive Price
Having damaged my back a couple of times in the last 15 years, I have problems now and then - sometimes really severe pains, which during the last year have seen me 'out-of-action' for several days at a time. I looked into 'back aids' and found the "Backfriend" item on several websites, selling medical items like this. As I work from home, most of my day involves me sitting at a table in the same position, which isn't good for anyone's back! I looked on ebay to see if I could find a lower-priced Backfriend as a buy it now, but they were all around the same price, once you added postage charges. So I looked at some private ads, and Back in Action was one of them. The price of the product was competitive, but what swayed it for me was the FREE postage over £50 spending and it seemed that my product would be sent by courier quite a bit faster than many other sites. I ordered it late Saturday evening and it was delivered on Tuesday or Wednesday. I would recommend both the products AND the company.

Great service, great product!
I looked everywhere for the Tripp Trapp in black, to go with our other chairs. Everywhere was either 6 weeks as they ordered it from the manufacturer, or a small supplier with delivery times of 2-3 weeks. I ordered this one evening from Back in Action and it arrived 2 days later.
I am really happy with the high chair as well, it looks great at our table and our daughter loves being part of the meal and being able to see everything.

I have bought all my son's stokke goods from Back in Action. After having hassle from a large high street babystore I found this company. Goods have always arrived in the time expected. My first experience with them was a large order for my pram etc- I received a phone call to check that I actually wanted some of the accessories as they were already included with the pram. This obviously saved me money or the bother of sending back unwanted items. Website is easy to use. Have placed several orders in the past year. Would always use for stokke in the future

I have used this website twice now and both times I have been amazed at the high level of service they provide. The website is very easy to use and caters for all levels of enquiry. I purchased both the stokke Tripp trapp with newborn set and some fitted sheets for my stokke cot. I found that after researching these items on websites and search engines this site offered the best prices. I was a little apprehensive when purchasing the Tripp trapp as I thought it may take a while for delivery, as I had to wait a considerable amount of time for my cot to be delivered (this was ordered from a different site) The sites communication was fantastic and very informative, as they provided me with dates and times for delivery so I was able to ensure someone was around to accept the delivery. Both times my orders have been delivered the following day. I am very impressed with this website and would not hesitate to use them again. Highly recommended!!

Fast service, product as described
I ordered a Backfriend from this company and quickly received an acknowledgement and a further update when the item was shipped. It arrived within a few days - faster than the website predicted. I am impressed that I have had a follow up email asking for feedback.
The Backfriend was completely as described. It is such a life saver; it eases the pain in my low back and sciatic pain.
The only slight quibble I had was that the box was quite crushed and in fact broken through. This was probably shipping. The Backfriend, however, was protected in the box by heavy plastic wrapping and there was no problem at all with it.

Purchase process easy, but because delivery address differed from invoice address there was a need to make a telephone call "to counteract potential fraud". Understandable, but rather defeats the benefits of ordering on line - it would have been easier to order by telephone in the first place, and seems to assume fraudulent intent which does not create a good customer impression

Great retail exsperience and would use again
We ordered our trit trapp and newborne seat on the Thursday night, this was processed on the Friday and we got this on the Monday, really quick delivery. Great item and I really love the tripp trapp, it looks great cant wait to use it when my baby arrives. Thanks for the great chair will definately be back to buy more in the future.
