Excellent from start to finish.
I was using gift vouchers to choose my own 40th birthday present, so I did want a pleasant cyber-shopping experience. I was not disappointed!
To my amazement, I received a text and an email telling me when my package was at the postal depot, and then a text and an email telling me that my package had been delievered to my home. As I was out of town for a few days, it was really nice to have that kind of information.
Banana Fingers had grouped my two orders into one package (without me asking) and everything was packaged really well.
I was uber impressed with the whole experience from start to finish and will definitely be using them again, and recommending Banana Fingers to friends.

Seriously, this is one on the best shopping experiences I've ever had. The prices were cheaper than amazon (when does that happen?!) and the package got here the next day. Brilliant!!!
Banana fingers offer a top notch Servace, some of the things I had ordered were out of stock but they kept me up to date via email and were very prompt with there responses.
The delivery time is with out a doubt the best I have ever experienced and the website is easy to find your way arround.
The only thing that I can think would make this shop better would be more climbing gear for women. Mainly the cothes as it is realy hard to find much climbing clothing for women.
All in all briliant though!

I ordered from BF for the first time a couple of weeks ago. web page is well set out easy to find what your looking for and everything came in the post super quick and you can use paypall to pay, nice and easy! the shoe's i ordered were way too small so i contacted BF to arrange getting them changed. got a very quick response to my e-mail, sent the shoes back and there sending out the right size. overall very easy to sort out problems, fast shipping, friendly service and good deals on price's.....what more can you ask for! 10/10 from me and i'll be ordering more gear soon!

Good prices, good service
I placed the order one afternoon and received the items the next morning using the next day service which is very reasonably priced. They used Royal Mail too which is good because if you're not in your can pick it up from the sorting office later. Spoke briefly on the phone to a friendly member of staff.

Banana Fingers quickly delivered my first harness (the tracking service is excellent), unfortunately it was too small. I ordered the correct size and returned the original one. The new one still arrived before I needed it and the refund was handled promptly.

The only problem was most of the things I first picked where not in stock. Also if you picked something from the list that was out of stock the next thing you picked showed went into the barsket as the out of stock item? Some tweaks to the website needed.

Absolutely fantastic!
I ordered a pair of climbing shoes, which arrived very quickly. Unfortunately they were the wrong size, so I emailed Banana Fingers to ask how I would go about exchanging them (if I'd read my receipt fully I wouldn't have even needed to do that, as it was clearly and helpfully explained on the receipt). I received a reply first thing the next morning and returned them, sure I would be waiting until the weekend for a replacement, but only two days later my new shoes arrived (which means they received my return, switched the shoes, and sent them to me all the same day!). I can honestly say it's the best customer service I've had from any internet seller, I'd really recommend them - especially for buying footwear, since they take all the hassle that can crop up over wrong sizes out of the process entirely unlike some retailers.
