I ordered an 8 and it came an 8 (as I had already brought the dress but had to send it back as had rip in I didn't try it on. On the day of my ENGAGEMENT Party I put it on and was too big!! Although it stated 8 on the tag the dress label was actually a 10!!! Very disappointed as it was for my party!!! I would have thought these things would be checked before sending it out!!
I ordered some shoes online over xmas i was sent a confirmation order and payment was debited from my account. about a week later i ordered a dress online i recieved an email days later confirming my dress had arrived in store. i rang the store to find out if my shoes had been deliverd too but they hadnt. 3weeks intotal and i still had not recieved them so i rang customer services who told me that they had sold out the shoes but yet taken my payment! i asked why they had not let me or still had taken payment i was told that this order must have slipped the net!!! and if i hadnt have rang up my payment would not have been credited back cos the system for some reason hadnt picked it up!!!! NOT very good service at all.
Used the click & collect service. Did not pick up my order due to transport issues. In passing the store weeks later, my order was still there despite having passed 14 days. I collected it but it didn't suit. I returned it to a different store who told me the returns date was passed. I informed him I actually picked the parcel up after this date. No returns allowed after this date so I am stuck with rubbish goods due to Bank staff not returning my parcel to their warehouse (as stated in their email that they will do) or a refund in store. Never shopping with them again.
I purchased a sweatshirt from the Bank Fashion website as it was on sale cheaper than anywhere else. It took about a week to be delivered, which is not really up to standard, and I found out they had sent me the wrong item. While it's understandable that mistakes happen, I noticed the sweatshirt had been re-labelled as the item I wanted, almost as if they were trying to give me another design hoping I wouldn't notice.
I sent it back using collect+ as they do not use royal mail for returns, which is a nuisance as my nearest location is a 20 minute walk; I know that isn't too bad but as this shouldn't have happened in the first place it was frustrating. I wrote explicitly on the returns form that I had been sent the WRONG item and wanted the CORRECT item sent to me. So I waited another week for the correct item to arrive, only to find they sent me the exact same item, the wrong item, again relabelled as the one I ordered.
I called up customer service and told them about this issue, assuming this was happening to other people as well. The woman I spoke to said she would call me after finding out what was going on, but I didn't receive any call back.
I have been instore many times so I know it's a reputable company, however I can only assume the online business has been pushed to the side because the service is atrocious. It has now been three weeks since I placed my order and I have still not got the correct item. I will be returning for a refund and taking my business elsewhere in future.
I have dealt with bank mainly in meadowhall in Sheffield but have also ordered on line, both are excellent. In the shop the staff are lovely and nothing is too much trouble even when it is busy, it is my 15 year old daughters favourite shop.I would recommend it to anyone.
As my boys are so busy/lazy to take time to shop instores we tend to shop more online. There is no closing door time and the two can take as long as they like to browse the many choices of clothing and accessories. Bank run some fab offers online and sizes are mostly available! Delivery is efficient and returns are quick and easy. I just pop into my local branch and simply return unwanted items. Staff at the Kirkgate Shopping Centre are always pleased to help? No hassle at all! Our fave place to shop, thankyou team Bank!
I bought two pairs of shorts, 2 sizes, took one back to the store, then the guy refused to return because I'd paid with paypal, if this is the case why bother having the option.. Secondly I bought a top put it on at home rip in the side, again went to return to the store found the top another two in the store had the same fault on them pointed it out to the cashier, admittedly I hadn't got a receipt (it still has the tag in) but just wanted to do an exchange on a faulty product no refund, no credit note, a simple swap over but no I was refused and given the customer service number!
no text to say my order was at store then because I had no text I wasn't allowed to collect even thought I had explain I didn't get one then when I needed to return I wasn't allowed because I was sent someone else's receipt. after this when I got my receipt I was told it can't be brought back as it's past the however many days which I had to argue to get them to return!!!!
I always recommend this website to friends..great prices, clothes always a good fit,website is easy to navigate around and the pics are really good too!only negative iv had was I bought a pair of jeans and they were delivered with a broken zip....I didn't send them back because I was too lazy so that's my problem I suppose:)...I will continue to buy clothes from bank fashion
I tried to take a beautiful dress back 14 days after purchase (not delivery which was a day later) to be told I couldn't have my money back unless I had the card used to purchase and I wouldn't be able to do it the next day when I would return with the correct card. I received a gift card. Extremely disappointed to say the least
