Quality and Professionalism

I have already placed several orders!
I keep coming back to Bariatric Choice! They ship almost immediately. I usually have my products within 2 or 3 days. The products are always fresh and arrive in excellent condition (packed carefully to avoid breakage and damage). No problems with product description! I order Bariatric Advantage's 500 mg Calcium in the 270 qty from Bariatric Choice because I cannot get them from B.A. and it's THEIR product!! Excellent customer service, excellent products! Can't ask for more than that!

They have something for everyone. Love that have the nutrition facts for each item is listed and the reviews from others are readily available. Love that you get free fast shipping and they always send a free sample with a minimum purchase. This is my second order but I'm sure there will be a 3rd, 4th, 5th, 6th etc....

BariatricChoice.com has been very helpful and cooperative with my orders. I wish they were closer so that shipping did not take quite so long, but they have adjusted my costs when things went on sale just as I ordered them, have replaced items that were mis-packed at the manufacturer, and have been very helpful. I have not always liked the foods, but have not bothered to contact them for returns on anything. I am sure if I did, they would exchange them gladly. I have already recommended them to several of my friends and co-bariatric patients.

4 stars. Would have been 5 if I was able to use the 800 number
I love the fact that I could find the products I needed on this website. There was only one small issue, due to being in Alaska I have no option for free shipping and when I tried to call the 800 number to approve the shipping charge the call could not go through because I am in Alaska and not in their calling area. I only gave 4 stars because I was not able to use the 800 number.

Great site, but....
I have been ordering for about a year, as a gastric bypass patient it has been a life saver! My only frustration is that every time I order thet send the same lame sample. Even though they offer free return, by the time I would pay the shipping I might as well keep the product, after two that I didn't like I'm gun shy and every order I get the same jello or fruit drink... Mix it up a little with all the products you offer PLEASE

Website I Depend On
I definitely would recommend this company and website to anyone. After gastric bypass surgery, this was one of the companies my dietitian suggested. Tells you all about the product including ingredients and nutrition info, as well as cooking directions. I like everything I have ordered so far. Shipping is really fast. After my first order, I received a $10 coupon to thank me for my order. I will continue to order and try other products.
