Fantastic product, price and service

Easy to use and clear website for ordering. Really pleased with the stylish look and high quality of the whole package - at an unbelievably low price. Easy to work out how it goes together and fit it for someone with moderate DIY skills. Brilliant response from the company in replacing one faulty part - new part delivered the next day. Highly recommended.

lovely unit, but website not as helpful as it could be

I love the washbasin unit and taps that I bought, and the delivery worked out fine. But I found the website didn't hold all the information that I needed. For instance, when I bought the taps it wasn't made clear that I would need to buy flexible piping to connect them. Also, the delivery information was slightly misleading - I thought I could choose the delivery day, but that wasn't quite true.

Poor customer service would not buy from here again

Made an error with my order. Rang the customer service. No help what so ever. Expensive mistake. Never shop here again don't know what good customer service is.

good comms and fast delivery

very quick delivery from ordering and advised on delivery time and delivered as stated. Radiators look good but havent put them up yet.

Excellent service, better than expected.

Ordered a towel radiator, arrived the next day as promised. Realised that I had ordered an incorrect size. Goods taken back on delivery vehicle. Second order, correct size, arrived the following day. Very pleased and would be recommending to my friends.

First class quality

Very quick and efficient service. Most problem we had was removing the old kitchen tap, fitting new smart one was the easy part. Was very impress with the quality of the tap as well as the sleak design. Looks marvelous. Thank you will use you again should the need arise.

the look and price i wanted

the products are all of very good quality and easy to fit / fix; with a great modern look i was hoping to achieve without breaking the bank for a full refit of a bathroom. Delivery all took place within the time requested / quoted and a follow up query with regards to a fitting was promptly answered.
1 wrong connector valve in the pack, but that was not an issue for the plumber to work around / replace.

Obviously you get worried if the product is right one or good quality, because its from the Internet and your not physically there to see it, but I had full confidence with the company and the trust, the product I wanted was very hard to find exact measure and size, and bath empire saved my life.....thank you for a product that looks like a million dollar bath room. Excellent thoroughly professional service.

I did a lot of research surfing the internet for the shower enclosure that I eventually bought, I found bathempire.com by far the best value for money. The service that I received was excellent. When I made contact by email to enquire about delivery details, I was answered very quickly with the details that I required. The delivery was prompt, even the delivery driver was extremely helpful and polite. The shower enclosure was very well packed and protected. All in all I'm a very happy customer who will be using bathempire.com again. I would thoroughly recommend bathempire.com to anyone.

This company is excellent. Even they had truck broken down they delivered all goods on time (next day service). They gave me a few calls updating the shipment details and get to my home late evening. All of goods are as described. Thank you guys.

Excellent product, not so hot customer support

I found the basin and drawers I wanted on-line, but deliberately chose to order by phone as this would give me an opportunity to ask questions and for advice. So when I failed to notice on-line that the plug had to be ordered separately, this was not drawn to my attention during my phone-call ordering the goods. That was the kind of help I was looking for. So the goods arrived without an essential part. I rang to mention this lack of support, and was told that it was up to the customer to read thoroughly the details on the web-site. That is a perfectly legitimate point. But it does indicate that your customers will not receive help which they might need and that when they buy from you, they are on their own.

Incidentally, the quality of the basin, drawers and tap are excellent.

Product picture on the box is not what is supplied. Bath taps show a lip to match the basin, but there is no lip, very difficult for our plumber to fit.

The sink and bath taps do not match. Do not think they should be sold as a matching set.
Also I could have bought the exact same product from Amazon for a total cost of £64.98 including delivery. Your charge was £93.92. This is a big difference. Just look on the Amazon web site under bathroom taps named Tamara, exactly the same photo as the one in your web site. I only found this out after the plumber had fitted your taps, but I feel you have overcharged for these items. Wish I could say I was happy - but I am not.

EXCELLENT - Great quality and service

The product we ordered arrived promptly, and although was accidently damaged when being delivered, a replacement was recieved within 2 days. Can't imagine getting such great customer service from other retailers we have used. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Saved time and money

I only ordered a kitchen mixer but it arrived very quickly and saved me getting two buses to my local DIY store where I could have purchased virtually the same thing but for three times the price!
Seems OK now it's fitted, have printed off a copy of my order as there was no invoice with it, hopefully I will not need to produce it in the next ten years, which is how long it is apparently guaranteed for.
I would recommend Bath Empire to anyone looking for bathroom and other plumbing stuff.

Excellent service with real quality goods

It was easy to navigate the site and find everything we wanted for our new en suite shower room. What was really good was the help we had to check that we had everything Before we placed the final order. We didn't have to wait too long for it all to arrive. Everything was packed really well and in perfect condition.

Slim, smooth and sexy

No, not me you idiot, my new showerhead. It is huge, rainwater style and the jets are made of rubber so I am hoping they won't get clogged up with my hard water as the old one did. Bought it online and arrived when they said it would - unfortunately they sent it to my home address and not my work address as requested so I had to fetch it from the Post Office, but it was easy to instal and is great to use.

Lost my order in the system then told you cant delivery to me at work (had loads of deliveries to my work address) and cant deliver to me at home on a Sat

Excellent Service & Top Quality Gear

I bought a 1100 ceramic shower tray and a toilet, both arrived in excellent time and at a time where I didnt have to take a day off work. We even went back on line to Bath Empire and pre ordered a fancy shower which has coloured lights in, cant wait to start ripping out the old bathroom to start the new one. Thanks Bath Empire for the excellent service and the cost were incredible. I also love the fact you get tips on all the products on the video footage.

I ordered a thermostatic shower value and head but it wasn't to the up to the job, so I am waiting for a refund for that, then ordered another one which is a bit more solid and stronger and I am delighted with itI many thanks mo.

Good customer service, poor product detail

Product didnt arrive on time as Parcel Force couldn't find address. BE were excellent in contacting PF to arrange the redelivery. The fitting instructions with the shower are appalling. They may as well not come with any.

Great service, great product, very happy!

I was very pleased, I ordered for a great price and next day delivery. It arrived the next day so as the plumber was here he installed it, no problems at all..I have showed it off and my friends now have "radiator envy" it's so good looking. Even the builder and plumber are impressed! One corner of the packing was torn but no injury to the radiator, it seems that it may have been where it was checked for colour when it was picked for despatch. Will heartily recommend to all my friends.

So we ordered this bathroom set of vanity unit and close couple toilet. It all arrived well packed in 2 days and is great quality, it looks really great in the bathroom. High gloss finish, soft close toilet seat and well made cabinets with soft close doors. All for a great price - I would use them again.

the shower enclosure and base delivered was great quality and arrived undamaged.
I am pleased with purchase and would use bathEmpire again.

only downside was that to plan delivery I had to be home and the only way to plan this was to pay extra for next day delivery, and then was expected to be in all day. This isn't ideal for families that work and want to leave delivery instructions - a service improvement opportunity I think.
