Tall white radiator arrived on time as stated. Looks great and has a really good quality finish.

We did quite a bit of research before choosing this heated towel rail. The main reasons for going for this one were the price and the good reviews commenting on speed of delivery. BathEmpire deserves its good reputation. The towel rail arrived promptly, looks really good and seems great value for money.

A bit of hassle, when wanting to return item. Had to email photo of dent in heated radiator, didn't really show on photo so another one was requested after we had boxed up the item! Couldn't exchange item for a slightly different one, after being told previously on the phone I could, so have to wait for refund before re ordering. Hopefully refund won't take too long!
As I said above. I got the product I wanted and it was delivered on time. That is pretty much a definition of quality. What more does anyone want.

BathEmpire were easy to work with. Their products are well described on their website, the buying process was easy and the goods delivered fast. I didn't have a need to call them so can't comment on their aftersales service and probably won't need to as the product I bought is solid.
Bought this radiator after looking at other similarly priced ones on the web. So pleased with it as it is of a robust, well designed quality and looks quite contemporary in my kitchen. Love the half tube design and was very easy to install.

Very pleased with the electric towel radiator which was delivered quickly, was of good quality and easy to install. Only problem was I phoned to check capacity of radiator before filling it - was told 6.4 litres and it overflowed at just over 4 litres!

I have made a payment with a credit card - cancelled. I have made a payment with my debit card- cancelled. Both orders cancelled AFTER the payment was received by BathEmpire. Second Oder - cancelled, again after payment was made. No explanation.
It was surprising but BathEmpire lost profit and future returned customer.

Yep website was ok and price,but getting bored now chasing order,7 days since ordered,tried ringing Friday but not answering phone,finally emailed and got a reply to phone carrier,be 8 days on Monday!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! when will the order come!!!!!!!!!!!!!
We ordered the shower because we liked the design and it was within our price range. We paid next day delivery so that it would coincide with other deliveries. The supplier had problems with their courier but I needed to chase them daily for them to follow up on the delivery progress. It finally arrived 4 days later without any notification. All we received by way of recompense was a refund of the next day delivery charge. I was pretty disappointed. Let's hope the shower works so beautifully that we feel it was worth all the hassle.
When I buy on the Internet I'm always concerned that the transaction is gone through, that the delivery will will arrive and that indeed the product will be good when it gets to me and in this case everything was perfect the product was excellent the taps fitted now working beautifully.

Ordered an upright radiator which was in stock. Received an Email two days later to say that it was out of stock closely followed by another email to say it had been sent and included a tracking number. Rang to confirm whether it was actually on the way to be told to receive it on the Wednesday. It never arrived. Rang Thursday to be told the delivery day was wrong and to expect it Friday with another tracking number. Didn't arrive Friday so rang to be told it was always out of stock and delivery would be mid January. Now I receive a customer feedback request on my recent purchase. Just what is going on?
Seeing the very competitive prices, I placed an order for Niagara floor standing tap, a tall basin tap, basin trap and waste. Normally this bill size would benefit from free delivery in 3-5 days. I paid extra for next day delivery hoping an order placed on saturday would arrive monday. But on monday, i was told it would be tuesday. On tuesday, it was wednesday. On wednesday, only part of the order arrived. I frantically called the shop and wrote emails with a very late response saying parcel force would deliver the rest by the end of the day. On Thursday, my plumber threatened to walk out so i called up again. After six attempts a lady answered the phone saying they are very busy, she would look into the matter and call back. No one called back but parcel force delivered the rest. In all good prices and products but scarce customer services.
the srevice was as steted , the shortage was delt with and arrived with two days , this is all a self employed fitter can ask for , will be placing another order next week .
When the radiator turns up it was massive and extremely heavy, upon opening the box it is clear to see the quality and the chrome was excellent. fitting instructions supplied are ok though it does state a ratio of 95% water, 5% inhibitor and fill to 95%, it does not tell you how many litres that 95% is in, it would be helpful if they could add table showing radiator size with amount of litres it holds it would then be able to work out the percentages (for info the 1600 * 450 Francis towel radiator holds 8.5 litres of water) Other than that no complaints :-) and would definitely use again.
I was looking for a reasonably priced shower. I expected to get what I paid for. From Bath Empire, I received a shower that had quality that would normally expect to pay £500 for, and paid £200 for it. Next day delivery. All questions answered in a crack. I am one happy customer. My bath arrives today. Can't wait to see what that is like. Well done Bath Empire.
