Took a long time to receive product. Too many cute emails.

I can tell it's working. I now can't pass through TSA airport security screening without being pulled aside for an extremely personal patdown because the machine flags my front center pelvic area. It thinks I'm hiding something long and large, which I guess I am, but it's just me!

Ease of website and very complete product description! Also just an FYI I will be measuring myself today Monday August the 10th thank you.

The free workout suggestion manual. Easy to navigate site. Only gave 4 stars cause I believe everything should strive for improvement though I can't think of anything more you could do.

Received what I ordered in a timely manner it appears to be working great product

No directions. Doesn’t work like advertised. Couldn’t keep the valve open while using the pump, it keep rotating counter clockwise. Plus the little black switch at the top is just asking to get broke off. Tried one time and very disappointed in the difficulty in trying to use it. I just need to know how to return the item.

My experience with this was anything but good. From the start, Bathmate has shady if not deceiving marketing. I placed my order nearly a year ago on November 26th 2025. I was offered 'early access' to 'exclusive deals' for Black Friday, As I quote from their own email "The prices- lowest they will be. No further price drops coming on Black Friday." and "When your Early Bird window closes at midnight on Thursday 11/27, your free Bathmate gift with pump purchase disappears with it." Both these claims were complete out right lies. I checked not only on Black Friday, but the weekend of Black Friday, Cyber Monday, and even a random Tuesday after Cyber Monday and the exact same deal was still going on! Now shady marketing aside, the product was just as bad as the marketing. First off, Bathmate actively hides negative reviews on their own website, painting this lie that every single person ever loves their product and oh boy, I'm not one of those people. My pump was shipped with the cheapest, worst rated, most unreliable shipping service in entire united states, Ontrac. After sitting in Ohio stuck for a full week, my order thankfully arrived without being chucked onto my porch or stolen by the driver. I used this product pretty regularly, which it still didn't really work that well even when following their instructions. After not even 2 weeks into using this thing, It became defective under normal use and refused to seal at all. I instantly contacted Bathmate support, and was given three options. Get a replacement part, get a 35% refund and keep the item, Or return the item (at my own cost) back to them in the UK. Their partial refund offer was a total insult to me as a customer, so i spent $60 of my own money to package this thing back up and return it to them in the UK. After almost another 2 weeks of waiting, I finally got my order returned and my full amount refunded to me. I would never buy a product from them again. Just go buy a cheap easily replaceable pump from amazon. You'll get the same effect.

I never received my product. It shows delivered but never received.

5 star Experience. The sizing guidance was very helpful, and the packaging was extremely discreet.

I was impressed by how professional and privacy-focused everything was from shipping to delivery.

What a total ripoff. The learning curve is incredibly steep, and it's hard to use without risking injury. There are way too many components, and it's far too easy to accidentally get your testicles pulled into the device (ouch). On top of that, the suction isn't even that great - you'll got much better results with regular air pumps.

Their promises on the website are also totally misleading:

No worries, except you’ll need to ship it back to the UK even though it was sent to you from the US. Why? Bc they want to deter returns. Doesn't take a genius to figure it out. No reason why they can't accept returns to a US-based address. Shipping the product to the UK costs around $100, so that “full refund” ends up costing you a hundred bucks just for the privilege of trying their shitty product. You could buy a great air pump for that price.

What a total joke. Complete waste of money. You can find the same device on AliExpress for $20.

Had the Hydromax but it broke sadly never heard back about a replacement. But got the HydroXtreme coming in the mail so we'll see how it goes.

Ordering was a simple and the delivery arrived promptly

I have now bought two pumps with the same thing happening to both. As for the warranty its complete crap it coast more money to send the pump back to try to have them test it then it does to buy a new one. After spending that kind of money within a year and the pump fails and they dont hold up on warranty
