Good quality products, poor contact service.
The product is a good quality one. Well packaged. Surely buy other items from batronix. But the contact options are mediocre. No web support, no phone contact.

Great customer service
The process was quite quick but shipment information was not given once the product was bought. But once a request for such information was made the tracking information was given. The DHL service was horrible but that is not from your side, I suggest that you switch couriers. The product arrived in a good condition.

bon service mais quelques nuances a propos du matériel commandé
En bref l'oscilloscope produit un son pas très discret (ventilation), et l'écran se met à flasher par intermittence (j'ai eu l'expérience lorsque l'on approche une source de parasites comme un moteur DC en fonctionnement).
En dehors de cela , je ne suis pas déçu du produit et le service est plutôt rapide.

Prompt and efficient service
Web site easy to navigate and compare products. Response to order prompt and efficient. The only hiccup was with Visa initially which declined to transaction as it was consdiered high risk. A quick phone call to my provider was all it took to sort the issue; apparently Visa have just changed their security processes and the risk profile is still being adjusted.

Mala experiencia, negativa a resolver un problema menor. ¿Que harán cuando se trate de un problema importante?
Con el producto adquirido me enviaron un cable de alimentación que no es el adecuado debido a sus características. Solicité su sustitución y me dijeron que el coste de correos era excesivo y que me apañara con uno de un ordenador. Bueno, no es importante el cable en sí, pero me parece que yo he pagado por un producto y tengo derecho a exigir aunque se trate de una insignificancia. No creo que enviar un cable por correo ordinario sea tan caro. No sé que pensar, pero me da la impresión que es mejor no ir a comprar tan lejos, teniendo en cuenta que a la larga puede resultar caro.

Everything worked out as planed and smothly.
The Batronix site provides complete and rigorous information with attractive prices. It is very easy to accomplish the purchasing order, and to manage the payment. Within the UE, we just pay the ordinary IVA (VAT) tax, and are not any other consumption or border taxes. The material has been delivered to me at home. Everything was carefully packaged and in perfect conditions. It has been a very positive experience and I will do it again, when needed.

Excellent and very professional service.
We had visited previously Batronix website and identified the item we wanted to purchase. At that time we had no idea how excellent and professional the services are. We did not need to worry any further after placing our order. There was an immediate follow up from Batronix, and later in a short period of time (3 or 4 days later) the package containing ordered item arrived by courier service duly protected in a bigger external package.

Batronix - quick, smooth and troublefree supplier of fine products
I ordered the Rigol DSA815-TG spectrum analyser from Batronix. The transaction was smooth, the instrument arrived in about a week, well packed and everything OK.
The device itself is, considering the price which seems to be in its own category compared to that of the competitors, is very interesting and convincing and capable of a wide range of measurements. The design and construction is solid and the use of the instrument is straightforward. A buy which I can fully recommend!

a swift service and solid product
I lost my DMM a couple of weeks ago and was looking for a good replacement.
At Batronix I found a large choice of DMM with a good tool to compare. Easy selection, easy payment and not long later a box arrived with the exact multimeter.
The device works fine and is easy to use. Good value for money.
One negative point: the temperature measurement is useless, indicating -34 degrees C... it is cold these days but not that cold. And there is no info in the manual to find out what thermocouple or ntc can be used to replace it or to calibrate it. Bummer.
