Sorry to hear that you are not satisfied with us anymore.
But please let me say something to that.
Visa:
will be taken by a paymentcompany called Secupay. They will check and let it go thru or not.
If you have given a different deliveryaddress they may not trust.
By any reason your Card/address/country/ordervalue/anything - combination has failed their rules. Thats why you can try it with different browsers and locations.

Creditcarddetails on the phone:
What do you mean with: "well I am not that stupid."?
Do you think, we will take your details, take all you money and go to Bahamas?
Björn, we are dealing since the last 5 years! Why do you think that we will cheat you now? As we have not at any time!
We had more than 50.000 customers in last 12 years and have not cheaten a single one!!!
We love what we do and we want to do it the next 30 years at least.
If we cheat somebody, we have to close tomorrow.

Paypal:
We are showing the offical "European Central Bank" exchangerates as we have to do on our website!
Paypal is using its own exchangesrates, as they want to earn on it.
I dont know them and we are not able bring them in the shop.
... and we are not allowed to do that!!!
What shall a prepayment customer or Visa customer say about exchangerates which comes from Paypal? They will be definitely wrong compared to the official ones.
The disclaimer has been brougnt to the site years ago, not in between!
We say very clear in the checkout, that Paypalrates can vary.
What else can we do?

No other paymentoption:
You can just use the normal banktransfer. Within the EU all transfers shall be completed within one workingday. Ok, sometimes it will take 2 but wiretransfer is nearly as fast anything else.
... but that of course means that you have to trust us, that we wont go away with your money.
And alltough you ordered us 7 times in the last years - by any reason trust seems the problem to me.
