Great products
I regularly get the e-mailed newsletters from Beads Unlimited.
In fact, I have been a customer with them since they were originally known as the Brighton Bead Shop, so know how good their products & service are.
My reason for placing my most recent order was because they were offering a 20% discount off all clasp connectors.
However, I was very disappointed that a lot of the items which I would have ordered were sold out.
I do feel that in instances such as this, a customer should be able to order the products at the discounted price, and they then get sent through from the supplier when they are back in stock

I'm very sorry you weren't able to order all of the clasps you wanted recently. Our special offers are all decided on some time in advance, so we can make sure plenty of the discounted items are available when the time comes. Unfortunately we can't always predict just how popular a particular offer will be.
The newsletters are sent out at around 11am and I think in this instance quite a few customers must have pounced almost immediately! This led to us selling out of one or two of our most popular clasps rather suddenly. Sorry again to have disappointed you, there will be another offer along soon though which will hopefully suit.

The best beads around, as well as all the other stuff that goes with it. Delivery is quick and efficient. Good prices, cheaper that a lot of places I've seen. Good value & variety
I'm new to all of this and wanted some beads to get started with my re-discovered hobby. Beads Unlimited provide a good range of items at a good price. When there was a problem they dealt with it immediately and at no cost to me. Having handled a variety of the beads available I recommend seeing them, holding them and trying them out before buying large quantities so that you can see how the look in the setting you intend. With that sort of knowledge I will definitely be back for more.

Wicked sense of humour !!

Beads Unlimited? Brilliant!
I've recently started making my own jewellery and wanted to see if I could source some items more cheaply. My search took me to the Beads Unlimited site.
I was able to find exactly what I wanted at very good prices.
The website was easy to use - once I got my head round how to enter the searches correctly!
I placed my order and everything arrived within a few days.
As an aside - I love the FAQ section under each item. I picked up some really useful tips on what to use and how best to use it.
I will definitely be ordering with them again.

Good customer service!
I bought some really nice beads! However I find that the findings (catches and chain extenders) are not of a good enough quality- many don't close properly or aren't secure so a carefully constructed necklace or bracelet can fall off! This is quite disappointing and it wasn't my first experience of this.
I returned one of the items and it was refunded so that was good but I don't see the point of being able to buy nice beads and poorly made findings!

I'm very sorry to hear you've had findings failure; it's so annoying when you've spent time and effort on a piece that then goes wrong. We do take quality control very seriously and findings are an area where problems can arise; it can be tough to find the right balance between low prices and high standards. Do please let us know if you have any items you're not happy with, as we can then check our stocks and take it up with the manufacturer. In the meantime of course we will also exchange or refund you for anything faulty.

Quick and efficient
Good value for money and the website layout is easy to navigate. I only purchased findings, but this is because I only work with semi precious stones and Beads Unlimited do not stock these. Saying that, I would certainly look at them again for findings.

Great customer service just wish they had "more".
I really like this site as their prices are good and their customer service is outstanding. Every time I have placed an order with them I get it within 2 days of my placing the order on their site. My only issue is I just wish they had more to choose from as far as Swarovski crystals and seed beads. They seem to only have the basic size of crystals like 4mm and 6mm but not much else and the choice of colours is very limited too. The website is so easy to navigate and I love how you can pick a colour to search for since sometimes you are looking only for yellow beads and jewellery making supplies. I also love the mix and match option if you want to make up your own combination of colours of an item....that is just the best.
