There are far better & far more competent companies than BDC.

If you're debating ordering from BDC, take note of the one star reviews here. Please go elsewhere. I, along with most everyone else here placed an order, and it remained in the "Processing" state. It was never shipped. I contacted them to inquire about the order and no response. I needed my items for an event and wound up going onto my account to cancel the entire order and purchase other items from an entirely different company. BDC contacted me 8 days later to say they were "sorry for being unable to fulfill my order." The good thing was that nothing was charged to my card.

I'm also quite unhappy to see so many 5 star reviews on here which are obviously phony. Most of these 5 star reviews are posted on the exact same day, and are from "customers" who have only reviewed one thing. BDC. Come on guys. You really don't think we're this stupid, do you? Stop trying to bump your rating by posting phony shit. Get your act together and actually provide customer service and the product. If you can't do either of those things, shut the site and your company down.

I order all of my stuff from IHeartRaves now. I absolutely love them. I did wind up having to pay $36 in shipping for the first order because BDC screwed me but it was money well spent because the items are fantastic. Their fluffies are top quality, don't shed at all and super plush. The clothes are much cuter as well. IHR always ships my order same day. If you spend $50 you get free shipping. I've ordered a couple things that were backordered and they call me personally within the same day to inform me of it, and to ask if I want to swap it out or wait. Super fast shipping 2-5 days. Great customer service, great product, great quality. You also get free stuff if you spend a certain amount of money. Free bags, glasses, and my recent order I got a free teeshirt! woohoo!

Great Experience

I felt really discouraged after ordering my fluffy boot covers and then seeing the online reviews, but I have to say that I had a great shopping experience with them. I ordered them on March 17th and they came in today! I haven't had a chance to look at them yet or determine the quality but the shipping and timing was more than I could ask for.

Horrible!!!!!!!!!!!! I placed my order on dec6 for fluffie legwarmers for my daughter for christmas and it is now Jan 19thand I still have not received them They finally answered my second e mail and said some bukk story about their supplier was in the hospital and they where getting the fluffies from someone else. After a few week, I sent another email and was told that they were shipped on dec 13th. What about the supplier being in the hospital?????????????? bs I asked for a refund and they say they cant so Ill be cotacting my credit card co. to reverse charges... Horrible company and they should be ashamed of themselves. Im also contacting the BBB..

Customer support is non-existent and it takes 3-4 weeks to receive items purchased. There's no response from emails to them and I've left a voicemail with no response either. Look elsewhere!! Please!

Their definition of customer service ABSOLUTELY sucks! I am reading all of the bad reviews and I am not the only one who has had a problem with this company. First off, they don't refund you $ back worth of shit. Their voice mail goes straight to a message that tells you to contact them by e-mail for faster service or leave a message (& that is if the inbox is not full with complaints). I would like to know their definition of "fastttt serviceee". I sent two e-mails and left one voice mail with my callback number. This place is located in Los Angeles as if that doesn't say enough. I looked at their Facebook Page to read nothing but foul complaints from other customers & the owner thinks it is cool to delete them asap. Hahaha - that is very business-like in my opinion! Not. I left a few comments on his page requesting a return on my order so I could RE-SELECT (omigosh, a RE-SELECT - you would think they would try to at least save this order but NO!) - I was over-looked and he merely deleted my posts and ofc., the ones of quite people threatening to sue the company. I have been nothing but nice to this company and it is a shame that I haven't even given them the chance to turn things back around but as if they were going to anyways. There is nothing in that business but incompetent SOBs. Yeah, I read a comment that they have a cool web site but what is the point if their customer service sucks? A paying customer doesn't matter at all to them and these comments don't even matter to their business. You bet I will be letting all ravers know about this fraudulent web site and my thousands of many friends. oh & one last note, I bet you this company has their friends go on trustpilot.com to write good reviews about their company to make up for how bad it truly is. I do not think that there is one true happy customer who is satisfied with their business. They are the world's biggest FAIL. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME TO SHOP WITH THIS COMPANY.

Since I first contacted beatdrops a month ago they have answered all my questions via email in a very reasonable time frame. My order was shipped within 2-3 BUSINESS days as stated on their website.They have a great selection of items at great prices and they even offer coupon codes for discounts on your over all purchase or even free shipping.

Non-existent customer service_No product received

I ordered an item 12/6 and haven't heard anything since (12/20). There's no number to call the company and none of my emails have had any reply's. This is looking more like a scam web-site to me. Don't order anything from this site. I'm now having to envolve my credit card company to get the money returned.

I first phoned the customer service to see who I'm dealing with. They were great, I must say. When I ordered I had to wait as much as they said I would but I got my things (2 of them) on time, and everything was in place, and working aswell. I ordered before and might again.

WORST COMPANY EVER

I have been waiting for my order forever, and they haven't been responding to my e-mails! I finally found their phone number, and I got an answering machine that says "RAVEREADY's" messages were full. What is going on??
Today, several WEEKS after my order, I got my fluffies. My tutu was on backorder and they forgot to inform me. These are the poorest quality legwarmers I have ever seen. They barely go up to my calves, and they shed EVERYWHERE. The fur is limp, and no matter how much "fluffing up" I try to do, it merely sheds. I will be cancelling the rest of my order and demanding a full refund.
Please trust the reviews and don't waste your time. I regret giving them a chance.

I ordered a hat from there about a month ago. It's still says "processing" and has never been shipped. On the website, it claims all orders go out 3 days or less after it has been ordered. Well, we're on the fourth week and it hasn't shipped. I was never contacted, or contacted back I should say, I emailed twice asking them to cancel my order, of which it has not been canceled yet. I ordered the same hat off of amazon, because I needed it for halloween, it came in three days. Please shop elsewhere, these people are scam artists. Honestly, the worst. I could have walked to california and back to massachusetts faster than this is shipped. Not sure what i'm going to do with a yoshi hat in november (if it ever shows up) because i'm sure the returning process will be a nightmare. DO NOT shop here.

Never order with Beat Drop.

I placed an order for a pair of UFO pants on May the 1st.It is now mid-august. I have had to fight with someone the entire way for even a reply, and no one answers the phone.This is totally unacceptable.I have got 2 emails blaming the supplier, one saying they dont use paypal (let that be a warning) and one offering me a pathetic apology and a whopping 10% off my next order. there will be NO next order, and guess what, I am still waiting on a refund. They violated their own terms and conditions by charging me for a product then deciding they did not want to send. I only gave a one star review as you cant go any lower. Awful, service and I do not reccommend to anyone.

i never got my order. then i wrote them 6 times asking where it was. i spent $110 with these people, which is a big deal for me. they never replied. i feel cheated. i've wrote the BBB and state of CA attorney general's office. do yourself a favor and stay away.
