great neglect and inefficiency
I understand that when it comes to internacional delivery it can take longer than expected, but I've made my order a MONTH AGO and haven't receive it yet!! When I contacted beautybay their answer was short, vague and they were not heplful at all! I expected a lot more when I read about them, but what I see is that they really don't care if we receive our order or not. I am really dissapointed, specially because if my order don't arrive I don't know how to complain....bad customer service, really making me have a big dissapointment.

Great value, great service, no hassles!
I compared prices online for a number of organic products I wanted to buy & beautybay won that battle. They also had items I hadn't seen elsewhere from the Yes to... range.
I bought enough to qualify for the free slower delivery but everything came quicker than expected & securely packed.
Flawless, if only more online ordering was like this!! I have already recommended you to friends.
Love sites with honest customer reviews too & clear information on ingredients.

Shocking customer service
Briefly ... package arrived and one of the products had leaked over other four products. Contacted customer services and it took them numerous days to respond. Their response was vague, short and uninformative.
I have contacted them five times and sent them a photo of the nearly empty product. They now tell me to send the item back to them for investigation!!
All I wanted was the item I ordered to arrive in tact. Through no fault of my own I'm now out of pocket, without the item I ordered and frustrated with the dreadful customer service!!
I won't be ordering again or recommending BeautyBay to anyone!!!!!

Quick efficient service.
Lovely product, very pleased with it. Delivered quickly and love using super Wella oil for my hair. Feels really lovely on and keeps it from being flyaway.

Very pleased so far
I've used the express delivery option on my latest purchase at BeautyBay, so it got automatically upgraded to premium. I received a notice that my package was ready just a few hours after I sent my order. My package came on time, even a day earlier than estimated by the delivery company, had exactly the items I've ordered, carefully packaged and on top of that has some free samples, because of the premium status. I'm very happy with the service and the range of products on the website, and I'm sure I'll be purchasing more products from it soon :)

it has been 14 days (10 business days)
I understand it is international shipping and it will take a while. Trusting beautybays own delivery info page, I waited 7-10 days. I don't mind if it is another week late but I BETTER get my package. I've discovered these reviews of people not getting what they payed for after I purchased my items. If I don't get what I payed for I don't sit here writing reviews, all hell will break lose... Giving it another week

I can confirm that your order was dispatched on the 10th May via our free Saver Delivery service. This normally takes 7-10 working days for delivery to the USA but does not have guaranteed delivery dates. Today's the 9th working day and it should be with you soon.
We do offer an International Express service, which is fully tracked and takes 2-3 working days for delivery. This is a great alternative for if you need your products in a hurry.

Beauty pay for beauty bay!
Was a bit unsure whether to order from BeautyBay to start with as I'm not a big fan of online shopping if there's no point of contact locally, incase there are problems. But after seeing very reasonable prices of products I decided to give it a go. Brilliant service, quick delivery and items arrived undamaged (always a bonus!) definitely will be returning when I'm low on BareMinerals again!

Three good, one bad
Beauty Bay's delivery service was great - prompt and well-packed.
The two nail varnishes are fine, with the colour as advertised.
I haven't use the foot scrub yet, but the container is really funky and looks good and non-clinical in the bathroom.
However, the Seche Vite Dry Fast Top Coat Twin Pack was a big disappointment. I applied it around five o'clock in the evening, and my polish had chipped by noon the next day.

Lack of service
Not impressed at all with this first (and only) experience. I ordered 3 products and thy managed to get two of them wrong. When I wrote to customer services to give them some feedback u received no response. I'll be going back to my previous website.

Reliable and very prompt
I regularly shop with BeautyBay.com for my facial cleanser, a product I cannot buy in the shops. My orders are dispatched and received within a few days, never leaving me wondering where it has got to. Quite often a free postage deal is thrown in too!! Even better.

Not good
I bought some make-up from beauty bay on a Wednesday and paid extra for next day delivery on top of the £68 I'd already spent, ready for being a bridesmaid on the Saturday, it never arrived! I had to make a special trip into town to buy the products I needed on the morning of the wedding, due to being away I didn't call beauty bay until the Monday morning, to give them their due, I did get a quick apology, followed by the reassurance I would get a refund within 3 working days, another week went past, and another phone call, and eventually, another 2 days later I received a refund for the £68, although not the extra £2.49 I paid for the next day delivery that never arrived! I think in future I'll just go to the shops....

No communication
Have previously purchased and had no problems at all. However recently ordered two items next day delivery and they didn't arrive for 8 working days. I emailed beauty bay and got no response. Wouldn't order again due to the lack of communication and care for customers.

I can see that your order was placed with our UK Standard shipping service. This is a Royal Mail 1st Class service, which normally takes 1-3 working days for delivery. However, as it isn't a guaranteed delivery method, it may take longer on occasion if there are any delays with local postal services. We do offer a UK Next Day service, which is tracked and guaranteed for the next working day.

Super quick delivery
My new Nailtique 2 and treatment oil arrived really quickly so was able to start my nails on the road to recovery asap. This stuff works. nails already stopped peeling thank goodness!
The OPI glittery nail polish is so pretty on my toes too, brings a sparkle even on dull days!

Best price with free delivery
BeautyBay, was easy to use. It had all the regular brands with some I can't find on the high street. The price for the hair oil I bought was really good and cheaper than my hairdresser AND there was free delivery - Bonus!!!! My product was delivery in a reasonable time so I will use this site again.

BEAUTY BAY CHOOSES TO SETTLE PROBLEMS ONLY WHEN YOU PHONE THEM!!!
I MADE AN ORDER ON 08/04/13 AND NEVER RECEIVED A CONFIRMATION E-MAIL OR ONE TO INFORM ME THAT MY ORDER HAD BEEN DISPATCHED. MY BANK STATEMENT WAS THE ONLY PROOF I HAD OF THE PURCHASE (€49.88 HAD BEEN WITHDRAWN FROM MY ACCOUNT FROM BEAUTYBAY). I WAITED FOR OVER A MONTH AS MY PREVIOUS ORDER WAS EXTREMELY LATE IN ARRIVING BUT IT DID IN THE END. WHEN I E-MAILED CUSTOMER SERVICES ABOUT THE MATTER, I RECEIVED AN AUTOMATIC REPLY. WAITED FOR A PROMPT ANSWER FOR A FEW DAYS AND DECIDED TO CALL THE COMPANY TO SORT THE MATTER!
THEY ASKED ME TO FILL-IN A REPLACEMENT OR REFUND FORM WHICH I DID AND RETURNED TO THEM VIA E-MAIL. I OPTED FOR A REFUND IN ORDER NOT TO EXPERIENCE THE SAME HEADACHE A SECOND TIME. AGAIN THIS TIME I GOT AN AUTOMATIC REPLY AND WAITED FOR A COUPLE OF DAYS BUT NOONE CHOSE TO DEAL WITH MY PROBLEM. I CALLED AGAIN AND MANAGED TO GET A REFUND AFTER THE LADY ON THE PHONE RATHER RELUCTANTLY OFFERED ME A TYPICAL APOLOGY AND THE EXCUSE THAT THEY HAVE BEEN HAVING PROBLEMS WITH HOTMAIL ACCOUNTS!!!!.
AS THIS WAS AN INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY, IT'S A SHAME THAT I HAD TO SPEND HALF OF THE REFUNDED MONEY ON INTERNATIONAL PHONE CALLS!!!! AFTER ALL, I CHOSE TO BUY THE PRODUCTS I NEEDED ONLINE!!!!
