I made an order for garden furniture 3 weeks ago. It was defined as “on Stock”with shipment 1-3 days. 3 weeks passed and Until now I didn’t see my order !!!Customer service say that they send the order, transport Company Said that bellani had not deliveredb full order. No communicatio between them and when I called bellani last week they asked me to wait. Since then no communication from them. I called again and they had no explanation and asked me to wait again. I don’t have money and I don’t have order. Bellani illegally takes the money for not fulfilled orders! No communication from them at all!!! Avoid!

Customer service promises are a lie
I bought some expensive dining rooms chairs in August last year. I also paid for them to be constructed by Belliani staff. By December, they had fallen apart - either the construction was done incorrectly, or the product was bad.
I have attempted to fix them many times, but it doesn't work, because the supplied screws are too short. They fall out and the seat falls off the base.
My order page on the Belliani website says I have a one year right to return these chairs. However, when I contacted customer service, they refused to rectify the situation, saying it was my responsibility to check that their staff had done the installation correctly, fix any errors, and to continually fix the product if something was wrong. I don't accept this - with flat pack furniture, it should be made once, and then be suitable for use.
I spent thousands at Belliani last year. I will never do it again. The products are substandard, the customer service is non-existent, and the promises made on the website are a lie.
