Bertony store is more of a scam, I order for a storage shed and make payment without receiving any acknowledgement.
I have searched website for there contacts without success. Even goggle could not deliver to email address I found.
People should be aware, they are more of a fraud.
I visited Bertoni in Bruuns Galleri, Aarhus to look for a tie for my father-in-law and was greeted by a lovely man, Mads. It was the first store I had visited and didn't quite know what I was looking for. He was very knowledgeable about the products and pointed me to things in my price range. I left thinking they were too expensive, then came back after finding out I needed a black tie, but then left again because I couldn't afford them. Then finally after searching for an hour, I was told I could pay a little more for the better quality option - a silk and cotton tie rather than polyester. He welcomed me back and we chatted about the birthday I was buying the gift for and had no problem at all speaking English. Impeccable service, would definitely recommend ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Rude staff, and very bad service. You feel unwelcome and you need to please them to get served.
The quality of the wool products are very bad, and If you tell them, they will claim that’s the customer mistake.👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽
